The position and the cleaness of the flat

The lavabo is very small therefore the bathroom floor get wet anytime and the room is not soundproof like written, we could hear loud noise from the street outside and other rooms.

The location is amazing! also the staff were very helpful and nice they even helped me with receiving delivery packages. The furniture were also new compared to the rest of Kadikoy hotels. Location and the place makes you feel safe and it’s not noisy even though it’s right next to the important locations like bus stations, metro bus, metro and ferry like max 10 mins walk to each. Will come again for sure, thanks for the awesome staff

The going upstairs with no elevator but it wasn’t problem as the guys there helped me with the luggage and I had to go upstairs like once or twice. Other than this it was perfect.

The size of the room was bigger than expected. Loved lounge space, table and chairs by the window. The manager is most hospitable host any exhausted traveler can wish for, had gone out of his way when we needed to store luggage, find ATM, market, grocery store, taxi hubs, laundry room and anything in between. The host also speaks English very well. We received welcome fruits. The closet was big enough for us to put everything. The host also said we can use the hotel address for our lost luggage to be returned to. We were a little lost and the host even came to get our luggage around the corner, since the taxi driver dropped us in the middle of nowhere.

The bed mattress was not turned often. The bathroom cabinet door didn't work. The outside sign of the name of the hotel is hidden by a vendor umbrella and is not very visible. It's number of the hotel is 6.

What I liked the most was the safety of the location. The hospitality we received from the staff members. being near to the bus station, ferries and metros can be one of the most crucial point when travelling, and it is easily found in this wonderful place.

There is not a particular point to mention; however, the friendly treatment we received from the manager and the warm welcome was itself a real outstanding measure to evaluate the property. This is place is overall a lovely place to stay when visiting istanbul. the neighbourhoods in Kadikoy is full of lovely people and different from other parts of istanbul. You’ll miss the place after leaving it.

If you want to see real Turkey then you must live among the locals. Kadikoy is just a perfect place for that! Prices for everything is relatively cheap. The personnel, especially Yasin is such a nice young man who will answer all your questions and even show you the directions and all.

Such hotels/suits must also be in the centre :-)

Everything was 10/10. The best place to stay. I liked everything - staff, room, attitude, location.

I have no complaints, absolutely everything was perfect.
