The location, blue Mosque is just 2 to 3 minutes by walk.The breakfast was good for international standards and the the view of sea from the top roof,was beautiful just want to inform other travellers they don't have breakfast place so they tell you to go other hotel for breakfast but breakfast included in your hotel room price and you are not paying extra and i think they running business togather

They didn't gave extra blanket also bath towels were ripped. Also they should have their own breakfast place as they shown in photos but its in their hotel .The bosphorus sea view for breakfast is other hote.

The staff, all of them are so adorable. The location is near to sultanahmet and ayasofia, but the area is very touristic and hence, very expensive. Try to have launch and dinner outside or takeaway from restaurants at other areas or malls. They have some souvenirs and touristic bazar around and nearby.

We were on a third floor with no lift. This like a boutique hotel or maybe a guest house, so the entrance isn’t very obvious. It took us ages asking the street and the whole neighborhood about it and nobody knew where It was. The reviews here on booking said that breakfast was in other hotel but fortunately was on top of the building with sultanahmet view, but when we asked for that, they said top floor breakfast is not available only downstairs breakfast is available, but to be honest, the staff at the breakfast restaurant were very sweet, caring and humble.

There is so much to like about the Hippodrome Hotel. 1. The staff if amazingly friendly and will bed oer backwards to help you meet your needs. 2. It is extremely close to the Suleiman Square thusall the main tourist attractions are walking distance. 3. The room had everything I needed for my stay which was a comfortable, clean bed with fresh bedding daily. A spacious enough bathroom with a big shower. Everything was cleaned daily. .4. Breakfast was served daily at another hotel across the road while they were busy renovations. I was fortunate enough to have a room with a balcony which had an amazing view of the Bosphorus, harbor as well as the Blue Mosque. All in all this hotel was absolutely perfect for my holiday. The photos provided are an accurate representation of the rooms and what you can expect. I will highly consider booking this same hotel again if I visit Istanbul in the future.

There was nothing not to like. For the purpose of it being a room to keep my belongings and shower it was perfect.

Location was good. Got a good room with seaview and terrace.

Staff might have been more helpful at check-out. I had four baggage and no elevator on the fourth level. I had to lug my baggage to the third level and then onto the elevator alone. If there had been an elevator on the fourth level, I could have carried the baggage myself without complaining. Also, I was pretty exhausted after taking my baggage downstairs, and the front desk clerk should have been friendlier at checkout instead of informing me that there is only one key to the room and why the key was placed in the doorlock rather than presenting the actual key to him.

Location, Location, Location, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basílica Cistern and Topkapi Palace all under ten minutes walk and Grand Bazar is under 15minutes walk.

Roome was brilliant and well placed for all attractions but there is a cafe “ Fish and Meat” right across the road that served alcohol and loud music plays till 3am. If you are a music lover then it’s good, for us it was unbearable noise till late every night. Very annoying

Location is a stone's throw from Hagia Sophia and The Blue Mosque. Breakfast included a nice selection of cooked and raw vegetables, deli meats and desserts. Romm was clean but rather tight. However, I do realize that for the price we paid $60 you can't get any better in that location.

The change was not given to us upon payment and when we checked out the change was not ready and we had to remind them that they still owed us $40. Only after that, they sent one of the staff across the street to get change. Also, they provide zero help with getting us a cab to the airport (the local cab drivers do not speak English).

It was super close to all the famous landmarks , attractions and araasta bazaar. The breakfast view was amazing with the food choices changing on the daily. The cat named princess was such an amazing addition . Sezgin was such a wonderful host,very helpful and amicable. Loved everything about it 10/10 would recommend 🫶🏻

I loved the location and staff at the hotel - especially cleaning staff. People are generally kind. Bathroom is comfortable, good shower.

We had room with trace however terrace is very bad maintained. There are hardly two old chairs and table. Terrace is not cleaned regularly. Sea view is not as expected. The matter on the best is extremely soft.

Friendly and helpful staff - plenty of tours on offer and also close walking distance to everything too! just perfect for sightseeing, shopping, eating, drinking etc. Great views for breakfast, which is at the sister property just over the road. Safe for solo female travellers. clean and tidy - and I had a lovely roof terrazza/balcony also.

Nothing bad here. it was my second visit to this hotel and I would come back again and recommend it to family/friends visiting Istanbul too.

The location is very perfect for everything❤️all staff are very helpful and supernice . I stay 8 nights and feel like home.and the price is so reasonable. In this area ,old town all hotels ve small building so pls.do not expect big room.just find good price and good service and good water system. my room is superior 3 floor with sea view.not ve private balcony but the view is still so nice❤️
