Good breakfast, very fast Wifi, hot shower, comfortable bed, little fridge in room, very good location close to the subway (5 min walking), tourist restaurants around, supermarket „BIM“ right next door

Not best, but good location. The hotel was close to the metro station, and even more closer to tramway station(max. 7 min from metro). Very friendly staff. cleanlady was coming everyday, new towels everyday. We were on the first floor, with window on the street. It wasn't noisy. I would write 8.7 for cleaningness. Breakfast was almost same everyday, but it was normal for it's price. There is local, small market, if you'll need anything. Hotel is eco friendly. Also you can weight your bag in the reseption, if you need. Very nice for it's price. I would come back if i could.

I really appreciate the location! The Hotel La Sera is very closely located to Yenikapi metro station. You just have to turn left , then right at Tetex (textiles ) shop, pass the Bus Starion and turn right your head! You will see the hotel ahead in the end of the little lane. For independent travelers it’s perfect! Besides the hotel is located in the historical centre, you can easily get to tram line, Sultanachmet tourist attractions, find nearby some Currency Exchange offices and a great variety of shops. And a small food shop, which is open till late evening, is located nearby! From Yenikapi Metro Terminal you can easily get to all places in Istanbul you need! And! Many thanks to Gulya, a lady in the cafeteria! She was very pleasant and helpful ( speaks Russian , by the way))) P.S. In July 2024 our friends used our recommendations and booked La Sera hotel too. They appreciated hospitality of the staff, perfect location of the hotel and a good breakfact. ( in spite of the fact that it is located in a very popular tourist area, its very quiet and peaceful place ). We will defenetely choose this hotel for our next stay in Istanbul! The conditioner didn’t work accurately, and the staff couldn’t help us to arrange it’s fan either(( So we had to switch off the electric distribution Box sometimes. The shower and the toilet were in poor condition (( But they worked, and that was ok for three nights of our stay. И стаканчики для воды бы в номер!

There are rooms with the sea view, however there isn't much to see. Overall the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the personnel was excellent. Air conditioning working fine.

Breakfast is included but is pretty basic. Coffee machine wasn't working one day but was working the next. Surroundings are safe but this isn't the best part of the town.

Rude neighbors who dont respect rules. Also hotel owner should consider change rattling toalet fan, it is not expensive. Sound proof is low so earplugs are preferable. Breakfast is from 7:30 till 10:30 but at 9:00 almost everything is gone and if you ask for something thay say it is finished. Consider that breakfast is below avridge but is ok for price you pay, at least there should be unlimited tea.

Great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy. There is a beautiful view on the balcony. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly (the guy at the reception is an attentive professional). There were no complaints about the cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the Wi-Fi with good speed, tv with youtube/ netflix and the presence of secure parking. Will definitely return to La Sera again.

Few hotels near Lalele are good, Hotel la Sera is the best.

It's neat and clean. Newly built building so everything is clean. Breakfast is good but has the same menu everyday. We stayed for 4 days and would have loved to see some different menu. The staff is great and the hotel is within walking distance from yenikapi underground and yusufpasa metro station. Good value for money. Booking in advance on booking.com cost me more, extended my stay through agoda for lesser price 🙂

At late night, the public roaming around in the vicinity looked fishy

In general terms was a good and pleasant stay.

They didn't have an iron, which I think is essencial . Housekeeper lady was a little bit impolite when asked to leave the room so she can clean it up. decent place and custom service but they can improve
