– Large hotel room. – Very responsive, understanding employees who quickly solve problems that have arisen. – The room is pleasantly warm in winter. – The room had a lot of amenities: a TV, a lot of beds, a microwave, a lot of dishes, a gas stove, a washing machine (washes well), a lot of mirrors, wardrobes, a table, chairs, air conditioning, a clothes dryer and more. – Very pleasant location. Immediately you leave the hotel in beautiful authentic streets

– Mold between bathroom tiles – Dusty radiators – The first day the heating warmed up the room for a very long time, I had to sleep and freeze. The rest of the days the room was warm and comfortable.

The wifi, bed and hot shower were fabulous. The kitchenette was great. Clean. Fabulous location. Fab grocery shop round the corner. Ali at reception and the staff were fantastic. Very helpful. Thank you for a great 3 days.

Our trip was not business but we had an important business meeting in Istanbul and the location of the hotel was very close to the meeting place and this was the first advantage. The price of the hotel was very affordable and made us decide to book 6 nights instead of 4 nights. The staff and receptionists were very warm and well behaved. And they were fluent in English, which made us able to talk to them. They were not present at the hotel 24 hours a day, but they were always available online on WhatsApp and answered messages. One night when we stayed at our friends' house and did not return to the hotel, they asked us how we were doing, which was very encouraging for us. There was a gas stove in the room and we could cook for ourselves.

I wish there was a safe box in the room. There was a slight damp smell in the room. I wish the dishes were in pairs. There was one of each type of dish.

Location was very good - many tourist attraction location were near. Available and easy to reach bus stations, even if not feeling like going by bus its possible to reach many good places by foot from this location. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even if I didn't needed any cleaning at the room they kept offer cleaning which was nice from their side. Also if you have any trouble in city the guy from the reception can help you with all sort of the problems. Good experience.

I had only one power plug near my bed which caused some inconvenience because I wanted to use both my laptop and charge my phone while in bed. Some drawers near the bed would be useful as well because now I had to put all my stuff on the table.

Nice place, nice staff... we've spend a really good time. A good qualité/price place to stay in Istanbul. We recommend you this hotel.

The room is big and has also a kitchen inside, the bathroom is quiet good and the staff was very helpfull. You can acces the hotel very easy from the Taksim Square ( 5 minutes walk)and it is very close to the Isikal Street, around 10 minutes walk.

The location was awful, a very dirty district, because there a lot of trash on the streets and sometimes there people asking for money. Also, around Taksim Square there are many dogs and you should be very carefull around them.

Very central studio apartment, a few minutes walk from the Havabus and Taksim Sq / metro station. Apartment was clean, staff were friendly and the kitchen has almost everything for cooking. Shower always had hot water, bed was very comfortable. It was bright and cozy too. We would definitely recommend it. Internet works fast and never failed.

Need earplugs if you sleep light because of street noise. The small streets and hills creates arguments between drivers which can be funny :)

Good and helpful staff. Receptionist Mounzer was great. safe environment. Renewed cozy 4 floors building. 5 mins walk to Taksim. minimarkets open 24/7 , 30 seconds away. you can order delivery if u have turkish number thru application Yemeksepeti. good value for money.

Cleaning lady didn’t show up unless you ask yourself for stuff (cleaning, bedsheets, new toiletries, towels, drinkable water…). Hot water is difficult to adjust at first, make sure you choose your temperature from the heater board. Douche in basement appartment is broken, but in the executive triple room 402 and standard room 401 it was nice. A lot of noises or people shouting coming out from the streets repeatedly all night long.

Convenient location, helpful staff, and well-maintained room.

Everything was okay, but I think they should add more cooking essentials to the kitchen. I couldn't find a lighter or matchbox to ignite the stove, and when I asked the young boy at the front desk, he suggested I buy one from the market 😀 Nevertheless, overall, everything else was fine – nice location and friendly staff.

The location was great. 10 min away from Taksim square, the metro station and the bus stop from and to Sabiha Airport. Due to a problem with my room I was offered to upgrade it for a bigger and more comfortable one in the top floor with balcony, which was very much appreciated. The people in the reception are cordial and willing to help. The rooms are equipped with some basic things to cook simple things. You can find minimarkets close by and some restaurants and kebab places 5 min walking. Overall, as a woman traveling alone I never had any problems or felt unsafe in this area. Of course I didn't go out late at night, so I cannot evaluate how's the neighborhood at that time.

People are allowed to smoke in their rooms, therefore the smoke gets into your room anyways. For a non smoker this is very uncomfortable. A non-smoking rule in the building would be great, also to avoid burn marks on the carpets, for instance. Some construction work was happening from morning until 7 pm, so it's a good idea to sleep with earplugs (also because of the call to pray from the nearest mosque at 6 am 😅)
