Location is great!, 10 min walking to the airport bus and to Taksim square staff very helpful! the LOFT is very great place to stay, but make sure you read in booking that it doesn't have any elevator! the LOFT is very clean and modern and comfortable!

we booked "Villa Pera Suite Hotel" i thought the location of the apartment will be same as in google maps, seems the reception is in this location and the room we booked far 150 meter from the reception down the street! there is no elevator, we had to get to the 3rd or 4th floor walking

The hotel is nearby to Taksim (a 5 min walk)and at a good location.. There is not much disturbance in night bcz it's at the inside end of lane. So that's a positive in point.The host and other staff were very friendly (also spoke English) and the accomodation was good. For breakfast, we didn't really get any proper vegetarian options without egg. It was just bread, cornflakes and fruit. But they understood our situation and helped us arrange it. Overall good. We booked it twice during our stay. Worth the price

The room turned out to be an apartment, not just 1 room - it had 2 rooms, one of them included a kitchen area with all the necessities for cooking/washing dishes, a fridge. I did not expect it! It was a pleasant surprise! I stayed at Villa Pera twice in August 2023 - a few days apart - and we had the same type of a room/an apartment both times. I loved the shower setup - spacious, water was not flooding the floor/splashing all around, like at some other accommodations during our lengthy trip. Comfortable bed/mattress, no backache in AM, like in some other instances, depending on the mattress quality.

Taxim, the neighborhood, where the hotel is located, is a very busy place, a lot going on there day and night. But if you HAVE TO stay in Taxim, Villa Pera is probably the best choice, as there is ZERO noise in the rooms, due to the room setup/rooms facing the back part of the buildings (there are two buildings, not just 1, on the same street). And no safety concerns at all - the neighborhood, even if "busy", did not seem unsafe, and the staff is vigilant about who enters the buildings 24/7.

I loved the modern interior of the rooms in the main building. I loved the etched glass doors. I loved the different themes on the different floors. I stayed on the Picasso floor, my friend stayed on the Art Deco floor.

Hotel was made up of three separate buildings. Only one of the three had an elevator. Inconvenient for families or friends booking multiple rooms, I need to make sure everyone is in the same building.

Definitely a stylish hotel. Our room was in a separate building with fine art nouveau elements. Room is not that fancy but also quite cosy. Bads are okay. All is fairly clean. Our room was on upper floor with good ventilation even without air condition. The room had fully equipped kitchenette which may be useful for some guests. And the location is great too. Convenient transportation, very photogenic street.

Room needs some repair in particular a plumber should come up and fix shaky water taps. Also mind that Taksim and Istiklal are close so night club music is very well heard in the evening. Of course it's not the hotel's problem. Bathroom is okay but some guests might find it too small - after all that is what you get in any historic building.

It's our fourth time at Villa Pera Suite Hotel Whenever in Istanbul, we book the same place because of its cleanliness and location. The Villa Pera is just 7 mns away from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Its rooms are big and well maintained. The staff is helpful and extremely professional. Murat is reachable any time of the day to provide help and advice. I will not hesitate to book the same hotel, and I strongly recommend it to Istanbul visitors.

Nothing Everything was perfect

The location is very convenient, safe to walk, and close to Taksim square, the metro, Istiklal street, the malls and other parts of Taksim. The hotel team is remarkable! Mr. Murat and Mr. Oktay are very professional and welcoming to the guests. They arranged my airport transfer and tours in Istanbul excellently. Example, trip to Bursa, Galata tower, Blue Mosque, etc. Clean room, clean bedding, fresh and clean towels. My room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. There was drinking water available for a refill at no extra cost.

The television in the room could have international channels to accommodate English-speaking guests. The breakfast was very good, but they could still improve by serving different foods on different days so that it does not get monotonous (boring).

The location was very convenient and all addresses I need were accessible by walk distance. I love Turkeyeh and Turkish people with their rich culture , in my opinion , the most recognisable thing in our hotel ,was the marvellous staff : Morad bey , Soltan khanom and a lovely polite boy Pooriya .

As long as I have experienced , every thing was well organised , perfect and enjoyable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel room, it was neatly organized and everything from sheets to bathroom was very clean. The hotel staff was welcoming and helped us with all our requests. They can help you with local sim cards or even help you arrange a bosphorus cruise. The location is also very close to the Taxim square so there's no need for taxis or metro. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

had a fantastic stay at Villa Pera Suites in Istanbul, right next to Taksim Square. The hotel manager, Murad, was excellent, ensuring a warm welcome and prompt assistance throughout. The breakfast was wonderful, offering a delicious variety of local and international dishes. The bedrooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend Villa Pera Suites for a delightful stay in Istanbul
