We spent a family week in the hotel. The staff is great! Reception service, cleanliness, breakfast are commendable! Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are provided free of charge 24 hours a day on the first and fourth floors. The breakfast is delicious, the cleaning of the rooms is excellent! The terrace and the garden are very beautiful! We felt right at home! Thanks for everything! Special thanks to Jelilbey! We will definitely return to this hotel again! I would recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation!

Breakfast - Buffet is amazing - fresh fruits, cereal , juices, sausages etc Location - excellent location which is only few yards away from Sultanahmat square, just walk to every major tourist attraction, what an awesome way to reduce stress of travel in the holiday destination.

Garden is used as smoking place, if the door is left open the smoke is everywhere, I was travelling with kids so it wasnt helpful. They should make it a rule to keep the door closed at all times. Also if you are given a room in the basement the window opens up in the garden which wont help if you dont like cig8 smell. They should change the smoking place to roof top instead so that it wont disturb anyone plus the clean fresh air to be enjoyed by others who have their windows facing the garden.

Location is the best just down from blue mosque and in a lovely cobble street with lovely restaurants right there . staff are incredible and never without a helpful hand and always a genuine smile. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of options and variety , with a lovely peaceful view of the Marmaris sea and overlooking the stunning red sunrises every morning and rooms are so cosy and comfortable with all the basic amenities and lovely hot water in showers . Beds are comfortable. Loved it there !

That we had to return home after the holiday , just want to go back there and carry on enjoying Istanbul !

The room was a double with twin beds. The beds were a little narrow but acceptable. There was aircon, a TV and a fridge. There was a nice attached bathroom. We were next to the lift but didn't notice any noise. The buffet breakfast was good. A range of savoury dishes plus fresh fruit and pastries. The breakfast room is pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good for restaurants and shops. It is a 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and another two minutes to the Sultanahmet tram stop, the Hagia Sofia and the Topkapi Palace. A lively area. If you don't mind steeply sloping streets you can cut across the Sultanahmet area on foot and go to Eminönü to catch ferries and day cruises. Trams from Sultanahmet stop will take you to the Taksim Square side of Istanbul, stopping near the Museum of Modern Art.

Well located small hotel. Nice terrace with free tea for guests. Good breakfast on the top floor with a beautiful seaside view. Very nice staff! This hotel is good as a base for a few days sightseeing.

The walls were quite thin and since my room faced the street on ground level I could hear everything from outside as well as from the hallway when people entered the hotel. The street is not too busy but still, if you are a light sleeper maybe request a room in the upper floors. The room was clean in the most used areas, but for example the hairdryer was quite dusty.

perfect breakfast and viewpoint, the beforehand communication with guest is very good, the receptionist Ceilil is so nice , he arrange the airport transfer service , we thought the room next to the street is noise at night and Ceilil help to change another quiet room, Thanks him. The hotel is close to many scenic place, the f breakfast quality is good and staff there is so nice to guest.

Improve the windows quality to prevent the noises coming from the street, it’s better to check in the room next to the garden side. The room is small, wall between rooms is not strong and thick to isolate the noisy voice and speaking.

My friends and I recently had an amazing experience during our stay at this wonderful hotel in Istanbul. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It felt like we were among friends who genuinely cared about our experience. Our accommodation, whether it was the rooms or apartments, was not only well-furnished but also provided a cozy retreat after our day of exploring the city. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the hotel's perfect location. It was within walking distance to some of Istanbul's most famous landmarks – Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Sultanahmet Square, making our sightseeing adventures incredibly convenient. A highlight of our mornings was the delightful breakfast experience. The hotel not only served delicious breakfast options but also provided a dining area with a breathtaking view of the Bosporus Sea. It was the perfect way to kickstart our days, combining culinary pleasure with a scenic backdrop.

We enjoyed our vacation in Istanbul especially at the hotel. The hotel was very nice especially clean. the staff was amazing make us so comfortable at the hotel, and like a family. the breakfast was very good enjoyed it. The hotel was close by the transportation, Sultanahmet area, and safe neighborhood. Next time I will visit Istanbul I will come back. Thank you to Ozkan, and Celil for your help.

We were there with a large group of friends, some rooms were superior to others as far as space, however, we weren't spending a lot of time in our rooms so it was okay. Beds were comfy and showers were good. The breakfast was exceptional and the view while you were eating made it even better. We sat up there in the evenings to watch the sunset and the boats, there is also a nice little side yard with tea & coffee, although there were often smokers out there so not as pleasant. The location close to all the 'big' sights made it easy to walk everywhere and there were plenty of options for dinner in the neighbourhood. The hotel arranged airport shuttles for us as well. The manager and staff were always helpful and friendly!

When people were smoking in the side garden, the door to the hotel needs to be kept closed, the smell of smoke would rise up through all the floors of the building.
