Staff are very helpful, room was very clean and had good working area with accessible power. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Location is very convenient for the TUYAP exhibition centre. You are a 10min walk over the bridge to a shopping centre which has a supermarket and various restaurants. Eren, Aybuze, Eda, Mete and Bavin were all very helpful.

2 of the restaurants are closed Sun/Mon/Tues and the remaining one has a limited menu of average quality at best.

All the staffs are professional. Their service is exceeded expection. Especially, I am much appreciated for the assistance from Mr. Altin Diko. If you have the chance to visit Istanbul, I recommend you to choose Kaya Istanbul Fair ＆ Convention Hotel to stay.

Perfect location for visiting the exhibition and conference centre. Excellent hotel, a friendly welcome from the front of house team who were very helpful. My room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Very good spa, pool and gym facility. A choice or restaurants, I ate in the Turkuaz restaurant, with both indoor and outdoor terrace seating. It was nice to chill on the terrace with a nice cool Turkish beer and snacks before moving inside to eat. An extensive menu, lovely food and I took advantage of the amazing buffet on offer two of the nights, including some very tempting desserts! A big thank you to Ümit, Ridvan and especially Sena for their welcome and hospitality and thanks for my special flat white coffee!!

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Especially the gentleman behind the front desk who graciously gave a late check-out, he was very good and kind. Also the Guest Relations manager Altin Diko was excellent and was very courteous. Breakfast selection was good as well. Also great views from most rooms.

The magnetic key card system is outdated and especially to access the floors from the elevator is often didn't work so it was inconvenient and delayed reaching our floor.

Great hotel, so friendly and gentil staff. We stayed for 3 nights. I had a single room with the husband and one another for my elder sister. They had come for the Expomed exhibition in Tuyap. I had a sew view, it was hilarious with a double bathroom. Room was fairly clean. We had a small issue with reserving the breakfast for my sister during her stay. Although I choosed a no breakfast room unintentionally, the staff helped us. Aybüke, Kenan and Eda, really appreciated 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Breakfast deserves a special clapping 👏🏻. It was so tasty and lots of options. My sister said at the end that if she stayed at hotel for the third time, they were such welcoming. I was very pleased with my stay, Thank you !

we had exceptional service from Mr Altin Diko. coming back from the Food Fair we were tired & he was here for a chat and offered us something to drink & cookies. He is born for this PR job.

I would not say that i dis-liked something, but not all staff speak english well. some training would help the staff to better communicate with guest. Note: Mr Name is Junaid Muslun, the booking shows Mrs Guylaine as she is my secretary and she did all the paper works.

The Kaya Istanbul Fair & Convention hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent facilities and top-notch service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for attending the nearby convention center, and the stunning views from the higher floors were a bonus. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a wide range of tastes.

Breakfasts were delightful, with a great variety each morning. Aybuke provided exceptional service in the dining area, making sure everything was perfect. The hotel's location is fantastic for us, with easy access to attractions and transport. Emre, Eda, and Aybuke made my stay unforgettable. There was a MALL nearby. Highly recommend!

The furniture could be newer

Very friendly staff and well equipped hotel. Rooms a bit outdated but all well intact with well filled minibar and complementary water, fruit and nuts. Next to Tayup exhibition center hence the excellence on location. Staff is brilliant. Compliments to the Albanian manager who spoke French and German as well!

A wall plug on top off the night stand would be good.
