Good location, next to the Tennis center, close to shopping center. Hotel has the best person at he reception that I have ever met Mr. Eroem is the best, nice and very helpful. There are good mattresses and very good breakfast the only thing I was missing is wardrobe in the room, there are only some hangers you can use and that’s all. If you are hungry you can use hotel restaurant which is also good. And I can’t forget that there is nice wellness too.

I really appreciated how their staff members went below and above to help every time when needed. The room was nice and clean, it had a warm vibe to it. I was quite satisfied with their professionalism

I felt like they didn't have many option when it comes to food options, they didn't have other fresh juices except for orange juice. I was unable to have a fresh fruit smoothie and had to go around the avenue nearby to find fresh juice and smoothie. For a 5 stars hotel that's a bit shocking.

- We had just one issue in regard of the housekeeping that they didn’t come to clean out room, despite that we put the sign outside the door early noon. However, when I talked to the reception at night they acted immediately and brought us water, towels and toilet paper. Thank you.

Cleanliness of housekeeping. They emptied the trash and then refilled tissue and towels right after, without cleaning their hands. Not to mention, they did that right in front of me!

Location amd in general overall was good Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was good

The king size bed is smaller compared to other hotels Over all everything looked clean however when we had the daily cleaning the washroom small towels and cups were not cleaned well

The breakfast was really nice with a big variety to choose from. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We were there for a tennis tournament at the Soul Entertainment Group which was 3min walk from the hotel. There is a nice shopping mall and restaurants within 10min walk from the hotel.

1) Burak was very friendly and very good with us. 2) The Hotel Location is amazing almost everything is around the hotel ( Restaurants - A great mall that is 4min away walking - & etc …) 3) Clean Room and Good AC You won’t regret it just book already

The property is exceptionally designed, the rooms are stunning, large and the bathrooms are gorgeous and huge. We were there to visit our adopted street dog and it was a perfect location for us as she was in Çatalca.

The price for Istanbul is quite expensive, they don’t have an outdoor pool which during the summer would be lovely to have but their spa is stunning albeit the pool water is freezing 😅

well located with easy access to the highway and close to tons of shops and restaurants in its area, Clean, Comfy and staff are very friendly and helpful

little bit overpriced for its location, and I would’ve expected with this price to get full room amenities not just family sized shampoo and conditioner !!

The reception staff were extremely accomodating and understanding. Especially a gentleman named Recep.
