Otelin yerləşdiyi yer çox yaxşıdı. Tramvay xəttinə çox yaxındı. Qiymeti bizə görə münasib oldu, qiymətinə görə də otaqlar yaxşı idi.

İlk günlər soyutma sistemi (kondisioner) yaxşı soyutmurdu amma sonradan düzəldi.

The hotel has a great location, it is only 5 min by foot away from Aya Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Square. The room was nice, it had an optimal size, it was really warm. It was really clean. The very nice cleaning lady cleaned the room every day. Overall, the hotel was great. The staff was really polite. All the people who worked there was really nice to us, we felt very welcomed. The airport shuttle that we requested was a van, really cozy and clean, and we felt very good. Breakfast was very rich, it had eggs, different kinds of cheese, different kinds of salami, different kinds of jams, cereals, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, cakes, fruit juices,coffee and turkish tea. I would recommend it 100% and I will definitely come back.

Good location, 5 min from the tram station and 10 min walk to main objectives. Many stores near by. Bathroom size was decent and fully functional and it had a ventilator. There was a fridge and a kettle and we had instant coffee, water and tea on arrival. Also the elevator was a plus for hotel of this size. Good breakfast, divers.

The view from our room was a wall, 3 m away from another building, but at least it was more quiet for this reason. Room is preaty small and the furniture looks a bit used.

Thank you, Chungis for helping us, use the kitchen to prepare ready to cook meals. The proper is good. The location is best in Sultan AHMED, and cozy rooms.

The staff of the second shift is a little rude And the kitchen staff is also very misbehaving sometimes. Please note the housekeeping staff is good, but the chef in the kitchen is a little rude.

Excellent location. 10 minutes walk to the hippodrome one way, then nice bars and restaurants the other way. We had a twin room which was small, but enough room to use as a base. It also had a lovely patio, which would be fabulous in summer months. The room was spotless and the towels changed daily. The breakfast was great, with choices of cheeses, meats, breads, fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Good location, near the tram station and is not far from Sultanahmet square, there are several restaurants nearby. Our room was on 2nd floor, windows are just above the entrance to the hotel. There is some kind of parking at the building opposite the hotel, so in the daytime it was a little bit noisy when windows were open but when close it's ok. We were in New Year time, it was about +10 outside and it wasn't cold in the room. Every night they turned on the heating in the room and towel's dryer in bathroom was always warm. The bathroom is ok, we had never faced any problem, it was comfortable. There are several additional cosmetic stuff in the bathroom. It was clean and every day they tryed to clean our room, but we didn't need, so I just put a sign "Don't disturb" to the door and when I needed cleaning, I put another sign and everything was ok. The staff is ok, not rude, not very pleasant, but ok. If we had any questions (in English) or requests, they helped us. There is a small safe box in the wardrobe and we managed to put iPad 11'' inside, but no bigger. There is a fridge and a table with electric kettle, cups and tea/coffee. But there is no socket for the kettle, so we had to put it to the floor to use one of the socket near the bed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, clean, there are two bedside tables near the bed with lamps (but not enough sockets for them). The room was enough for 2 person. Breakfast was great: buffet, with several sorts of cheese, sausages, vegetables, olives, even salads, eggs, french fries, yogurt, dried fruits and berries, corn flakes, milk, tea, coffee, juice (chemical), bread and butter, jam, every day were some different cakes and sweets, fruits. We stayed 9 nights in this hotel and we liked it a lot and breakfasts weren't boring for us. This hotel is one of the best hotels I've visited in this area and definitely cost his money, the price-quality ratio is great.

When we arrived they took payment in TRL (from my credit card) and the currency rate was not good for me: plus 10% from the real rate, but I paid that anyway. But during our staying the rate of TRL-USD changed to 20%, so the hotel just laid his risk but it was not pleasant for me when I paid for it.

I very appreciate that staff helped me with all my questions and everyone was very kind and generous to me there. Room was very beautiful and clean all the time and I love location of the hotel. It is near to important places like Grand bazar, Hagia Sophia or Cisterna Yerebatan. Also good shops and restaurants are around. I would definitelly love to stay there again in future. 🩷🌷

I didnt like some kinds of food at breakfast that much

Central location in Sultanahmet, good transport links, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed.

Booked a room with a patio but unavailable on arrival, no real reason given, advised to speak with the manager the next day. Unable to locate him all trip. Didn’t ruin our experience hotel is still lovely. Quilt seemed to be a single on the double bed and didn’t quite cover two people.

Perfect location and great staff! Rooms were clean and everything was a only a few minutes away. Management we’re friendly and helped us book excursions and always on hand to help. Blue Mosque is only a five minute walk away, Hagia Sophia is ten minutes and Grand Bazaar is also five minutes - you couldn’t get any better. Beds are clean, comfortable and huge!

While the location is great the surroundings are run down but being in the heart of the old city this is the case everywhere and can’t be helped by the hotel. Also breakfast wasn’t a huge selection for continental but it’s complimentary so you can’t complain. Rooms were clean but the grout in the shower could do with some care but the showers were big enough that we were able to avoid it.

The staff is very friendly and approachable. The room was decent sized. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The cleaning staff is very nice. The breakfast is good and many options to choose from. The location of the hotel is brilliant and tram station is just outside. Pharmacy, mart and food places are just few steps away. The grand bazar is over hyped. The real shopping market is located in the inner area which is across the road from this hotel. It was very convenient to go there and come back to drop off extra shopping bags. We loved our stay here. We had a 19 month old with us and had no issues staying here at all.

Beds were not that comfortable. And i didn't like the toilet seat 😀
