I booked the one bedroom apartment, it is 10 minutes walk from Ota and Jinamed hospital. The apartment is nicely decorated, hot water running 24 hours, AC works on hot and cold setting, radiators in each room. A kitchenette where you can prepare small meals. TV has cable channels movies and news in English and Turkish. The bed was comfortable and there’s a 8 seater sofa in the living room which was perfect for relaxing. Hairdryer, iron, fresh linen and towels provided. This is all for a very good price. The apartment is given a standard clean that you would expect in a city centre apartment. There is a cupboard full of cleaning products, mops, hoover and broom accessible to residents if you wish to clean to your liking. This is a self catering apartment and perfect for self sufficient travellers. Some minor issues were renovations being made affecting the apartments electricity. The host communicated efficiently and had it resolved quickly. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Beşiktaş which is a lively district. Loads of places to shop and eat. 10 minute walk from the ferry to travel to other districts. As well as bus routes into Taksim, Eminönü, Topkapı and pretty much anywhere you want to go in Istanbul.

For the price of the 1 bedroom apartment, location and facilities, I have no complaints.

Excellent location of the house. The owner very helpful and kind. Comfortable bed.

There are no curtains on the windows, so at 6 in the morning the light comes in. But with a blindfold I solved it. If you get a room on the third floor, it could be inconvenient to return in the night if you are traveling with small children.

The kitchen was missing some facilities and the air conditioning was weak but they fixed it and it worked really well afterwards. The bathroom is extremely small though.

Great Value for Money! Great location - Akaretler is a lively young neighborhood full of cafes and bars - we felt quite safe here. The apartment building itself is on a side street so isn't too noisy either. The Air Conditioning was a life saver too! Used WhatsApp to communicate with hosts well. WiFi does cut out occasionally but for like 5 seconds tops - normally quite stable and good. Was able to do a day of Team's Meetings with no problems.

Quite basic - but I expected this with the price. Door isn't very soundproof for each room.

Nice apartment, great location near bus stops and Beşiktaş ferry station, but still in quiet street. Check-in was possible earlier than written in the description.

The bathroom could use some hooks (I'd say at least 4) for towels etc, there was only one broken one. Bedside tables would also have been nice.

Kerem was really friendly, helped with everything🙂 nice apartment, we was just for sleeping there, cause you need to go out & enjoy the city 💫 The café down nice & quiet, good kahvalti, verry nice stuff 👌 Parking garage verry near, the place around the apartment has a lot of restaurants, cafés etc. We really loved the stay & will come back 🥰 Thank You Kerem, see You 🙂

The apartment had an excellent location, great management, and was very clean and well-organized. Highly recommended!

It was a really pleasant stay at the best part of Istanbul! The accommodation was as expected really nice. Additionally it was located in the bubbly area of Besiktas, which was the cherry on top of our stay. Thank you again to Kerem and his team for this wonderful stay.

Location , first floor , AC , fast WiFi good owner I forgot the keys inside the room he send a friend to open the door at 3 am !! Though it is a room and a bathroom but it is okay for a tourist
