The location was perfect; it was in the middle of everything. There were so many cafes and shops next to the hotel, which was a bonus. The staff was extremely helpful. Special thanks to Osman, Kazim, and Yigit for making this an unforgettable stay. They were very attentive and made sure we were 100% content and comfortable.

The bathroom could use some improvements, as both the sink and shower had problems. We also had a lovely balcony, however it was not cleaned. It would have been excellent if the balcony had been maintained properly and furnished with outdoor furniture so we could enjoy the fresh air.

The rooms were clean, we had the best suite of the hotel with a great size terrace which we enjoyed so much. The staff were also so friendly and professional, the manager was a great guy he helped us a lot the other receptionist was also a great person. Overall we had so much fun the this hotel which we stayed for 7 days.

Nothing was bad to be honest about the property, breakfast can def improve in the future.

I came to Istanbul to sit my exams. So, I needed a quiet room where I can study and sleep well. The two staff members Kazim and Samet helped me a lot. I was given a perfect room that met all my needs.  The location is also great. There is a nice park nearby (Yildiz Park), lots of restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. The room service is also good. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Istanbul and recommend it to my fellow students and friends.

I did not book my accommodation with breakfast as I am not a breakfast person. However, I noticed that the breakfast area is at the reception, which is NOT a very conducive and comfortable area especially when there are arriving guests.

the hotel is located three minutes from the metro station, which makes this hotel convenient for staying. the room is cleaned daily. very friendly staff. especially many thanks to KAZIM and BERK, who were very attentive and helped us, treated us to water and tea. and also kindly gave the opportunity to store luggage after check-out until departure to the airport. we will definitely come back again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, they also gave us a free upgrade on arrival which was a nice bonus. The room was a nice size, we had a fridge, tv, air con and safety deposit box, as well as complimentary water and hot drink facilities. Good location, plenty of shops in the area and a bus stop close by which we used every day to go around the city.

The bathroom door handle was broken on the inside, so we had to knock to let each other out when needed. Aside from that we were happy with everything.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, as it is close to many restaurants and great places for shopping, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were extremely attentive and made sure that all my needs were met throughout my stay. While the room was on the smaller side, it was still very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
