I really liked the location of the hotel, the design, the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff is very friendly and always happy to help in any situation. I felt like at home with my wife in this hotel. we felt safe and the staff took great care of us! they provided us with a deluxe room at a very good price!

Good central location if you want to be around Taksim square. Its in a small street with many small hotels, and a few places to eat. We met at least 4 different staff members and all of them was EXTREMLY helpful and kind!

The family room description doesn't mention that its only for Hobbits. I never saw a room where at the entrance the height is about 1,8m (also small) and on the other side is just about 1,6m. This means that every time I walked around the room I hit my head :( There are smaller misperfections like running toilet, mold at the back of the sink, but nothing serious. A real fridge would be usefull instead of the drink cooler. Our view was unscoreable since we just saw the back of a rundown building and a few cats...

Staff was friendly and they did their best to make our stay better. Location was excellent it's less than 5 minutes walk to Taksim Square

We liked our stay so much, room was big, clean and with fresh renovation, ac working good , street was quiet ,comfortably to sleep and no noise from outside at the same time 5 minutes from Taksim square , metro and funicular. Linen was clean and we had cattle tea coffe sugar in the room also it was always available to drink tea or coffe for free in lounge area downstairs.. we liked everything about this hotel ..thanks for the host ☺️

We arrived tired early in the morning, the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us and checked us in early, giving us a higher class room as the rooms we had booked were not ready yet. The staff is very polite and the location of the hotel is very good. The metro station, Havaist bus line, Taksim square and Isteklal street, Galata Tower are all close by. There are also cafes and stores nearby. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation

If you have any issues the hotel team will help you fix it. Sheet change and room cleaning on demand. Great location, 7 minute walk to Taxim Square. Rooms are exactly like photos. There are connected room options if you travel with family.

Wifi was unstable during the stay but was fixed after. No breakfast option in hotel, but there are plenty of places around to discover and the owner told me it will be available in the future.

We enjoyed our triple room on the top floor, with a private balcony overlooking the street. Nice view! The staff were very friendly and helpful, regardless of the language barrier. The room was comfortable and gave the impression of good value for what we paid. Hot water and internet worked well. Excellent location!

They need to repair a leak in the shower which causes the bathroom to flood when its used. Its a lot of water that escapes out onto the floor. We only stayed for 1 night but had we stayed longer this would have been a problem as it makes a big mess.

Central, cozy and we got everything we needed for a couple of days. It's just near the Taksim square. Staff was friendly and helpful.

To be honest nothing to add here. Only that the parking was a bit more expensive than we knew, but it's a private parking managed by someone else than the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is a six-minute walk from the square. The room has been newly renovated, with two large windows. I like the decoration style very much. It is clean and comfortable. There are refrigerators and hot kettles, which is very convenient. The landlord is enthusiastic and replies to messages very quickly. I have bookmarked it.
