Breakfast doesn't have to much fruits and it is served a bit late (until 8am) The noice is incredible, too much noice during the night, it is difficult to sleep

I wish if they put water daily and tissue at bathroom. Breafast good pit i wish if they have something turkish. They keep our lugges with them till we have to go to airport so kind and safe. So family and comfortable

Internet was weak but they fixed it once we complain.

Great location, walking distance to main attractions and tram stop. easy to find. staff are friendly and helpful. my room had a problem on arrival and I had to move to a different hotel for one night but it was just across the street so not a big deal.

poor breakfast

The hotel is in a very good location, it is very near the main attraction of Istanbul like Aya Sofia , Blue mosque, Topkapi palace, they are literally 5 minutes walk from the hotel through the Gulhane park. We stayed in the 4 bedroom room, and as expected the room was tight, not spacious, but the beads were comfortable. There is a TV , a small french balcony with a nice view. The bathroom is also small but with all the necessary things. The cleaning ladies were always cleaning the room around 12 PM, and were changing the towels every day. There is also breakfast every morning from 8 AM till 10 AM. The breakfast was the same every day, (like boiled eggs, cheese, sausages and many more thing) but for the price it was more than sufficient. At the reception there was one guy who checked us in, he was very friendly, always greeted us when we were going out or coming back to the hotel. When we arrived he wasn't at the reception, but we called him on what's up and he answered very quickly and arrived in just a few minutes. For the price that we paid for 5 days it was more than worth the stay in this place.

The main problem that we faced was the hot water. There is no hot water until like 8:30 or 9 AM. Also, because we wore all day out exploring the city, we were coming back to the hotel in the evenings like 10 or 11 PM and there was never hot water for a shower after a long day of being out. The hair dryer is very small and very weak, so for people with longer hair it will take like a couple of hours for them to dry their hair. I recommend bringing your own fan if you want to stay in this hotel.

We visited Istanbul as a Family for the weekend. The Location of this hotel was fantastic. Literally walking distance to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. There is a tram stop (Gulhane) just outside the hotel which takes you to Eminonu (for pier, Spice Bazaar) and Karakoy ( for Galata Tower). There are several restaurants and shops walking distance to the Hotel. Breakfast was also good. Rooms were very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Serkan, the manager, also assisted us with airport transfer. Overall, will definately recommend.

Bustling local area. Close to Istanbul's major attractions. Roof top eating.

We booked twin beds. These were not supplied until bed time when we insisted. The included breakfast was very basic. Suggest adding fresh bread, fried or scrambled eggs, cereal. The hot water jug had some material in it from a previous tenant - attempt to boil eggs probably. The management replaced the stinking jug.

The staff(Diyar) most helpful person I have ever met , the location is in a good spot as we was in 10 mins walking distances from famous landmarks.

The constant sound of the trams going past. At breakfast time it was the same thing everyday.

Property was in prime location, and staff were amazing. Special shout out to Diyar for his exceptional service. Very accomodating team!

The location of the hotel is excellent, all the main attractions can be reached within 3 - 15 minutes on foot. Wo most appreciated the owner/manager of the hotel who was so helpful, friendly and always available. His English is also very good which made our communication very easy.
