The accommodation was great. The location was excellent. The room was cozy and cleaned daily. The breakfast was tasty.

We enjoyed a lot our staying in Istanbul until the morning of our departure. Although we had booked in advance a transfer from the hotel to the airport, the car didn't come at the established hour. We got scared and nervous. The receptionist made a dozen calls to the transport company. Only half an hour later a car came and took us to the airport. Luckily, we didn't miss our flight, but we remained with a sour taste regarding the hotel's services.

Location is excellent. The room is small, but enough for two people. The hotel staff is very pleasant.

The breakfast is very bad. The menu is the same every day, with very few choices. There is only one type of coffee, there is no coffee machine at all. There are a lot of salads at breakfast. Only one type of salami is served every day, which is very bad. There are only boiled eggs, there are no eggs like an omelets. In general, the breakfast is very bad, and not worth anything. Better not to have it than to be like this.

Excellent location, silence in the room, good beds, clean room. Stuff are polite and friendly. I needed an iron and an extra blanket, they gave me that 👍🏻 SPA in the hotel is quite good (sauna, steam room, hammam and massage), they gave us a discount. Breakfast is 4/5, just because of small selection of food and that stuff didn’t manage to refill it in time. The hotel has a lift.

Small area of the room, but for 3 nights it’s okay. We asked to arrange a transfer to the hotel, but faced some problems in the airport, trying to get our transfer. Finally it was solved and we got to the hotel, but it was a bit nervous for us and we lost around 30 minutes.

I really liked that there were scales downstairs next to the elevator and I was able to weigh my suitcase to the airport and move my things. This is really necessary for a traveler, honestly, this is the first time I have seen scales in a hotel lobby, which I was incredibly happy about! Thank you for thinking about your guests. Breakfast was also fine.

A standout feature is the lobby and breakfast lounge, which is a rare and welcome facility for inner-city Istanbul hotels. This comfortable space provides a perfect spot to relax without being confined to your room, adding an extra layer of convenience and enjoyment. Despite some minor room for improvement, the overall atmosphere and amenities make for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

While the hotel itself is well presented, there were some minor issues worth mentioning. Heavy construction next door caused vibrations during the day. However, this is beyond the hotel’s control and is understandable given Istanbul’s built-up environment. Additionally, small details such as keeping corridors free from consumable items could enhance the presentation. These are minor aspects that don’t significantly detract from the stay.

Great location, near the T1 tram station. Just between Eminonu/ Galata bridge and Hagia Sophia/ Blue Mosque/ Grand Bazar. You can catch ferry nearby and also Marmaray metro. Organized transport from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport is really good option that will save your time a lot! Check out is at 12 (noon) which is great. This was my third time at this hotel and I would choose it again!

Electrical sockets for charging phone were hard to find, but there is actually one on your bed. You need to communicate time in 00-24h format so there is no confusion (it's not something I didn't like, it's just a tip!).

.The location is perfect and central, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions. Despite its central position, the hotel is peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful stay. The beds are comfortable, providing great sleep quality, and the highlight of the hotel is the extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff, who go above and beyond to assist guests.

Unfortunately, there are hardly any parking options nearby. However, the outstanding value for money more than compensates for this minor inconvenience. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for an enjoyable and affordable stay in Istanbul!

This is a historic, heritage protected building in the perfect location for accessing the offerings of Istanbul. Our room was comfortable with a great bed, good bathroom facilities and nice aspect. Room 406. It was a huge array of offerings for a true Turkish breakfast. The staff and manager of this Hotel are brilliant. Whenever you needed any assistance be it booking a cruise on the Bosporus, where to buy groceries, milk for self serve tea or finding our way around they were always there for us.

Recommend choosing a double rather than larger sized bed as the heritage listing impacts on the available space in a room.

The location the hotel is excellent. The tram station and other forms of transportation are very close, so you can quickly reach any part of Istanbul an a short time. The hotel rooms, specifically our room, were very comfortable and clean. The offer for breakfast is very diverse, all quests could get something to their taste. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially the beautiful young woman named Diana who works at the hotel reception. She is always ready to kindly help and give instructions. Sirkeci Ersu Hotel & Spa will continue to be my choice for staying in Istanbul in the future. I highly recommend it

As for the hotel and the service, everything was really fine. The only thing I didn`t like was that we didn`t stay longer, but that is not the hotel`s fault.
