The location was great—just a short walk to the center with a long stretch of shops. Finding food was a breeze, which is super important since the hotel doesn't provide breakfast. If you want to cook or run groceries, next to the lobby, there's a Carefour. Our room was HUGE!!! My kids loved having all that space, and the balcony was a big hit too. But, they should probably mop the floor more often. Our feet turned black after walking around. Oh, and the lobby area was really cool!

The drying rack was about to fall off, and the TV barely worked, so there wasn’t much to entertain the kids while we stayed in.

Good location. Ample place to dine. Mini carrefour just next door. There are a few strays who would drop by the courtyard. As a cat lover, this unit is heaven for me. If you intend to book this unit pls do have some cats kibbles or treats on hand. Be kind to feed them please. The unit is clean. Only have 2 pillows, not sure if they would provide more as we didn't make the request. I would definitely return again.

Suggest to put shade over the chair & table at the courtyard for guest to enjoy sitting outside without the worries of being shot by the birds droppings.

Very well equipped and spacious appartment, good and central location (noisy at evenings). What's really for thought: people / guests have destroyed some furniture, like cigarette marks on table, cracked kitchen worktop.

- Cleanliness of the floor (socks were dirty after few minutes). - it's a 126m2 apartment with beds only for 3 guests (sofa bed was broken) - both TV's were not working, but we would not use probably anyhow. - during evenings it gets noisy, but still ok to sleep.

The apartment is large, modern and very tastefully decorated. Centrally located in Beyoglu, just minutes away from Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. Very close by is the Tunel funicular to take you down to Karakoy, even closer is the Sishane metro station and 15 minutes walk away is Taksim square and the metro there. It is air conditioned throughout but many times we had the airco off and it was still very comfortable, in July! the apartment must be very well insulated. There is an elevator, unusual in much of Istanbul's older areas.

There were ceiling tiles missing in the second bedroom so the sight of wires and machinery was not very appealing. There was no toaster and frying pans were scratched so the non-stick was not.

Large apartment nicely decorated in the center of everything. It is a pity that some guests do not show respect to the effort needed to create and maintain such an apartment. A lot of money has been spent to make the apartment, but a few broken things (not easy to break) prove that people do not always behave accordingly. Not the property's fault.

Location is very near from the most famous destinations Very clean and well equipped, working appliances and very nice staff.

Clubs/bars next to the property are very noisy at night, sound insulation in the living room was poor, it was much better in the bedrooms.
