Good location (feel ok to walk in the neighborhood during the night), very close to Taksim square and the metro. The staff is very responsive, good price for the value

For the room I stayed, the window locker was a bit broken so it can't be completely locked, if someone forces it, it can be opened from outside. During summer time there's only very thin blanket in the room, if I turn on the air conditioner it's cold with that thin blanket, but if I don't turn on the air conditioner, it's hot during the night - would be great if the hotel can provide thicker blanket option in summer as well. But overall I had a nice experience staying there :)

It was good value for money. It offered a base from which we could explore other areas of Turkey without having to take our luggage with us. The manager, Suphia, was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The room, although only serviced twice during our ten day stay, were very clean and neat upon arrival with sufficiently equipped kitchenette to ensure a pleasant stay. The smell of clean laundry in the hotel is absolutely delightful! Plenty of shops around to buy basic groceries.

There is a very steep spiral steep case to get to the room which does not have a rail. I was worried every time about falling and getting hurt. Getting to Taksim requires a walk against a rather steep hill of approximately 80 meters. Anyone with some sort of mobility or physical limits might have difficulties. Although it is very close to Taksim, the hotel is based in a rather deprived neighbourhood. We were there during Ramadan, and it was incredibly noisy at night due to local residents being awake during the night which often kept us awake. Some of the taxi drivers got really frustrated and agitated trying to drive in the narrow streets to get to the hotel.

The host was professional and provided the right information at an appropriate time. The room was clean and had the basic amenities that I needed. I appreciated the smooth check-in process. The apartments are near Taksim square, allowing for easy access to the busy city center and tourist hotspots.

The street in which the building is located is steep, and may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Other than that, I had nothing in particular that I did not like.

Throughout the stay, the host was extremely helpful and respectful. The room and its stuff were clean.

The WIFI was weak so that we had to buy a sim card for the internet.

Location is very close to taksim square so moving around is easy. The shops underneath have reasonable prices and are open till late so you can buy your fruit and snacks there instead of overpaying in the city center. Suphi was actively in contact with us until arrival and shared the door code proactively to allow check in at 1AM due to late night flight. If we needed something, we could just text Suphi and he would arrange for it e.g fresh towels, room service etc.

I will start by highlighting the kindness and availability of Mr. Suphi, a person who cares about the guests and seeks their comfort. we were pleasantly welcomed by Suphi and he really paid attention to every detail, he helped us whenever we needed it, he even offered us a transport card (which I unfortunately lost, sorry again Suphi 😔) Taksim City Suite is really located in the center of taksim, a few meters from transport stations and istiklal street, in a very quiet street. The suite is awesome, very very clean 👌👌, towels changed without being asked, there is a small kitchenette, there was tea, bottles of water and even juice available for us. One important thing is the security, the door is always closed and can be open only with a security code which is very good 👍 Basically, we had a great stay, we will return without hesitation to Taksim City Suites, and I will highly recommend it to my entourage. The apartment is well located, near the metro ,near to taksim square. The apartment is basic but well furnished (refrigerator, dishes, TV, air conditioner). Good value for money. The area looks crowded but it's safe and the apartment is quite. The manager is super friendly, helpful and always reachable by phone. Our flight was late in the evening and he let us stay after the check out time.

It was in the 3th floor so If you don't like stairs, ask for first floor apartment maybe.

It is a great location, great value for money, it is like you have a apartment. Reception it will be on call. You have your code access to the door and from the door just 5 min to Taksim Square. Facilities are complete, nothing you need to add if you were contact the owner straight away.

Very clean, comfortable, suitable for a multi-day stay. It is a small cozy apartment where you can find everything important, even a kitchenette and a fridge. Wi-Fi worked, 10 minutes walk from Taksim metro. The host was friendly and communicated via WhatsApp.

The kitchen equipment is too basic (a minimum of dishes, a small induction is missing), upon our arrival there was a very intense chemical smell (only on the first day). Strong light from the street at night, we recommend an eye mask (we slept well).

The host transported my family from the airport to the hotel which was very convenient and nice of them (at a small fee)! They always responded quickly to my family's questions and were really friendly. At the last day, they helped my family order a taxi and let them drop off their luggage while they did some last day shopping. Everything was great!

It's not possible to relocate, but that was the only thing that bothered my family. All in all, if it was at a slightly more quiet neighbourhood, everything would be absolutely perfect! We would recommend it regardless.
