everything was perfect and the reception who came later and helped was very nice and helpful. everything was perfect after I checked in.

I arrived at 10am and they said check in at 2 pm and I had to wait until and when I came back at 2 pm it was still not ready and barely got ready by 3 pm. better to give the priority for cleaning the ones guests are waiting for and to increase the cleaners.

Location is perfect to stay in Taksim. We were two women and we never felt unsafe in the neighbourhood. The staff is great, just ask and they will do the necessary if it's possible. The apartment was as we expected. Not like a five star establishment, but were you feel good.

Refrigerator fuse blew 2 times... but the staff found a solution everytime. Not a big issue.

For the first two days of our stay, we were without an air conditioner and it was broken and very hot, and after saying many times, they fixed the air conditioner, the water heater was cold every day, and we had to inform the staff, and they came to the room and fixed it, but it was still cold tomorrow. We spent 20 nights at Fidan residence in a quadruple room. The photos were similar. The location was great.

The room were cleaned every 2-3 days. The air conditioner didn't work properly.

Reception people were so nice and always care about our requests fast . big Thanks for them. Kitchen was good to use. Good price in compare with others .

There was a heating system in the room next to the single bed, Its for hot water and warming room system that works by gas , it was noisy at nights.

I liked my stay in the apartment although it is an old building but it has everything it is wide enough for my family by the way we were five people in the apartment . The rooms are wide, the bath as well. inspite of the fact that there was no terrace but there are lots of windows It is located near to the center, close to Taksim and Istiklal street, you may have different kinds of transportations around you walk only five minutes and everything is available shops grocery and all of different shops you may think about.

The Reception personal was extremely friendly and helpful .... especially in our case with war refugees this was very appreciated. They helped us to get the car repaired and they helped us to find ways to continue our journey. Actually they would do what was necessary to make your trip successful

The building was a bit old and some details were not up to standard but you are in the middle of the old Taksim .... It is an neighbourhood with a peculiar violent history and that why a lot of buildings are in a ruïne like state as the owners are non existing. You can reed about it if you like.

I travel to Istanbul very often and I usually stay at Taksim, so I know what to expect. First - location was very good, couple of minutes from square, metro, etc. Havatas airport bus stop is 10 mins from that. We got a room on the third floor with a balcony, it has a nice view. It was clean, without any smell, comfortable and bigger than we expected (especially for Turkish standards). Kettle, cups, clean towels, slippers… We had a problem with hot water, but they solved it quickly. Staff - kind, helpful All things considered, for this amount of money - it was definitely worth. I recommend and plan to come back soon.
