The staff were extremely accommodating and helped with every request, including letting us check in a little early as we came in on an early flight and were exhausted. The room was well-equipped, with working A/C and a fridge as well as a kettle, and it was kept very clean throughout our stay. The location is quite convenient as it is only a short walk from Taksim Square.

The area was a little noisy and chaotic, with building works in the street at the moment and a mosque in the vicinity (so the call to prayer was quite loud). I think our room (on the second floor, and towards the courtyard) might be quieter than the others, so it was OK for us once we got used to it.

Everything was perfect also newly opened hotel. All workers,houseping tney were interested. The ner istiklal street also taksim squre . Whefe do yoy wanna go you can use metro,bus,taxi was close all kinds of transaportation . Thank you for everything I hope see you sooon again.

We were met from the subway, helped to carry our luggage and told a little about the city and where to eat, the hotel is not far from the street istiklal, in the historic district of the city so there are half destroyed buildings but we are not embarrassed by it. The room is clean, slippers, TV, air conditioning, good repair, refrigerator.

We mistakenly booked a room in -1 floor, due to the fact that the room is in the basement and on the street drying laundry from the hotel, the room was high humidity, this is probably the only minus we can write.

Brand new hotel, location, cleanliness, friendly staff, comfort, convenience, number ten

The room it's very clean and the hotel staff are very cool, will assist you with everything that you need. Also bus station is very close to you so it's all good

Breakfast was the same every day, you receive a little bread, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of white and yellow cheese each, and 1 -2 slices of salami. Also the neighborhood it's kinda weird, you will have a little shock when you'll see it for the first time but it's totally safe

The room was really clean and tidy Hi pressure hot water, good air conditioning new towels, a nice and friendly reception guy, and good access to train and bus stops and Taksim Square this property just has one problem: the location of the hotel is very close to a construction building (it's not noisy) and road access is not good for car and moving luggage , if you are backpacker this hotel yours, I'm sure road and contraction building will finish soon,

The room including the bathroom was very clean. Some of the furniture even had their shop stickers on it. The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. Everything was pretty comfortable, including safe, air conditioning, WiFi and the elevator

There's a construction going on around, which makes the neighborhood even more fearful, but of course it's not the fault of the hotel's owners

Difficult terrain but manageable.. the roadway is difficult for elderly disabled persons But hotel room and facilities good Wll located into city centre.

Don’t hesitate and book your room without doubt! You are gonna love especially the location. This place is very close to Taksim Square and you are gonna be able to go almost wherever you want with using public transportation which is 5 min away from the hotel. I love Turkish people, hope to come and visit one day back!
