Kitchenette has a fridge and an electric pot to heat your water but there are no utensils or dishes or pots and pans to heat food. So probably shouldn’t advertise the kitchenette unless you mention these missing items.

Cute place and bigger than first expected. The cleaning staff and cook were very polite though they didn’t speak English the greatest but it is turkey after all. Me and my girlfriend had an issue with air conditioning and were given a spare room to use for the remainder of our trip. Lastly Osman, Melic and Omer were very polite and always on hand to help very hard working gentleman. Would stay here again no doubt !! 😁🙏🏻

The location is a little rural but they make up for it with how close they are to the city centre. Also these robbing problems you read of never happened when me and my partner stayed

I had booked the family suite, and overall, my stay was very satisfying. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a wonderful city view. The breakfast spread was delicious with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. A special mention to Mumtaj, who was incredibly helpful in arranging my airport taxi for the drop-off, ensuring a smooth experience. The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk to Istiklal Street and within walking distance of the metro station, making it very convenient to explore the city.

The washroom in the family suite felt a bit small for the size of the room and the needs of a family. While it was clean and functional, a larger washroom would have greatly enhanced the comfort of our stay. The family suite is located on the terrace level, and while the lift goes up to the 3rd floor, you need to take some stairs to reach the room. This might be inconvenient for families with elderly members or those carrying heavy luggage. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the friendly service made up for the shortcomings :)

The hotel is 10-15 mins walk to Taksim square and Taksim metro station. Its placed in the center but uphill, from the square the walk is not too steep. The staffs were excellent, very helpful & friendly. Infact we had issues with the AC temp in our room and they provided us with another room the next day itself. They helped with airport transfers too. The rooms are clean and they have housekeeping everyday to clean your rooms. After a long tiring day, you can relax the evening on their balconies attached with the room or even the small quadrangle near the billiards table. Breakfast is ok with some varieties everyday, but if you need different variety in egg you need to pay extra. All in all a decent place to stay in a quite alley closer to Taksim square.

Would prefer to have options in egg for breakfast without paying extra. We found a big cockroach in our room on the first day itself but it may be coz the window was open, which we didn't notice. They immediately took care of it and helped to make us comfortable throughout our stay. Don't take me wrong as it was not the issue with the property but it's the neighbourhood. Also I would like to add that the lighting in rooms were very dim.

This small hotel is located in a narrow street just 2 minutes walk from Taksim square so it is easily accessible by public transport. Despite being so close to nightlife in Taksim the location of the hotel was quiet during the night. The owner and the rest of the staff are really nice and helpful people. Our room was really spacious and well equipped (even a kitchenette!). The breakfast they served us was amazing - so much to choose from. Would definitely stay again!!

The curtains/window blinds in the room could fit the window better - it was a bit bright in the room during the nights. However, we managed just fine. :)

I recently had a wonderful stay at a Nis Hotel near Taksim Square, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The hotel’s location is perfect! Situated just a short walk (8 minutes) from Taksim Square, I had easy access to public transportation, shopping, and dining options. The vibrant atmosphere of the area made my stay even more enjoyable, allowing me to explore the heart of the city effortlessly. The hospitality I experienced was exceptional. The receptionist greeted me warmly every time I entered the hotel, always with a smile that made me feel right at home. The hotel manager went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. He not only helped me book ferry tickets but also resolved a problem I encountered while boarding the ferry. His extended support was greatly appreciated, and his friendly demeanor made every interaction a pleasure. Above all, he upgraded the room with no extra charges on our last day! The breakfast served each morning was a highlight of my stay. With a variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries to local delicacies, it provided the perfect start to my day. The dining area was inviting, allowing me to relax and enjoy my meal before heading out to explore. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. The combination of an ideal location, exceptional service, and a delightful breakfast made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning in the future!

Liked basically everything. The value for the money is GREAT. All the staff helpful and kind. Special mention to Osman & Asher who accomdated our requests whenever needed. The location is approximately 5 minutes walk to Taksim square where you can find transportation to almost all parts of Istanbul. Groceries are available nearby for your needs. Area is safe until late, therefore perfect for solo females travelers and families. Wifi is fast and reliable. Breakfast is repetitive, but at the same time acceptable and a perfect start before you head your way into Istanbul. Would definitely be coming back here if I returned to Istanbul again which I'll definitely DO!

The hotel is like an airbnb with the perks of a hotel. The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. I felt safe from the moment I walked in, which can always be nerve wrecking when arriving solo to a new city. The rooms are spacious with all the necessities and more: stove top, fridge, kettle, and free coffee and tea - they even provided two bottles of water per room. The breakfast was also outstanding for Istanbul. A special shout out to Osman for making me feel at home from the start. The hotel is so cozy, I did not want to leave. Look no further - this hotel is perfect. Thank you!! Will be back for sure!

We wanted a place that was central, but where it was not noisy and we could rest easy (as many hotels had complaints about noise, not this one). We were central, it was easy to walk to all areas, but still on a quiet street. The family dynamic made it feel so incredibly safe and comfortable! The family were all so kind and so helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. For a group they have the rooms with two beds and a door to seperate the beds for privacy. The single bedroom had a balcony which was great to let in the sun. Comfy clean beds! Their breakfast is a combination of eggs, yogurt, different nuts, cereals, breads, jams, cheeses, cucumber, and olives. Laundry is right next door, for two people we paid 700 TL and they delivered our clothes so fresh, ironed and in hangers. Loved it and would be happy to refer it to anyone looking to be in a central and yet quiet hotel.
