I always stay in this hotel and i love its location and how professional they are. I must say this time Birkan the manager made our stay more fabulous he did everything to make us feel comfortable he upgraded our room because there were lots of noise. He is the best manager any hotel can ask for.

Noise they can add sound proof or something to the doors

Good location for those who want to focus their trip in a more upscale and commercial area. The reception staff are very attentive and try their best to cover the lack of a suitable entrance in a hotel of this level.

The hotel's biggest gap is the entrance, as there is no area for customers or luggage to get in or out by car or taxi. It's all on the street, which is very busy, which ends up further compromising the arrival and departure experience.

I liked that the location is walking distance from everything you need for a family, coffee shop, supermarket, pharmacy. The only downside is the road that the hotel is on is very busy so taxis and tour buses will refuse to drop you at the hotel and you’d have to walk uphill— it’s challenging with 2 babies.

Overall the staff were amazing but the staff at Marcello, from host to waiters were all very rude. Even when we sat down they would come to the table to give us a menu. When I called them over they would ignore me, until another woman from the table next to me called them and scolded them for ignoring me. Also, a random man came in our room twice at night (after 8-9pm) during our stay, thank god we had the extra door lock on.

It is an amazing hotel definitely I will come back again in my next trip, the location, the facilities, the over all welcoming and the environment all were beyond my expectations. Mr. Bourag in the front desk was so helpful and friendly I thank him from the heart, the hospitality was amazing, I requested a Turkish coffee at the terrace and the lady bring it to me with her lovely smile and after I enjoyed my coffee I asked her to pay she said no need this is on the house. The house keeper were so friendly, organizing everything in a very comfortable manner, they never hesitate to offer all what they can to make my stay enjoyable ♥️♥️♥️

Very nice property in the middle of Hustle bustle of Nisantasi. Surrounded with shopping and restaurants. The property was very nice. Staff were super courteous and helpful. Mr. Buraq at the front desk was always very helpful and friendly. Lady house keeper who used to make our room was very sweet and did a super job everyday. Overall memorable stay.

Terrace need to be cleaned everyday and not occasionally. Breakfast should have better variety and Cyclic menu. It was same throughout 6 days of our stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location is fantastic—situated in a safe area with easy access to local attractions. My room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the Turkish bath, which I highly recommend trying. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would definitely recommend to others!

All hotel workers enjoy the skill of welcoming and good hospitality, and all accommodation needs are available in the room, in addition to the availability of a service for redistributing water, coffee and afternoon tea available at the hotel, since this service has been stopped from most Istanbul hotels 5 stars and can be provided if a service is contacted the rooms.

1. The room cleaners are very noisy, they deliberately talk next to the rooms, especially the rooms that are not cleaned until 10 am, and this behavior is repeated from them at 12:30 pm. 2. There was also one person in front of the hotel entrance to carry bags for new guests or for guests who wish to leave the hotel or call a taxi or provide any service to guests, which leads to a delay in what is required of him by the guests.

The property was fantastic and staff were very helpful, great location, clean

The breakfast was average, the main disappointment was the fact we booked an accessible room that was taken on our first night. My fiancé is a paraplegic manual wheelchair user and needs an accessible bathroom. The hotel managed to get us into this room the following night however the room was badly lit, there was no main light in the bedroom and the room is extremely small for a wheelchair user. The shower was very disappointing, there was a fixed chair in the shower which hindered my partners and my ability to shower as well as only having a hand held shower head to wash ourselves with. This shower would be much better if had a proper shower head as the other rooms have.
