The property is newly furnished and the location is close to all touristic places , and it is in a calm area

This is a brand new facility within a ten minute bus ride of the Kağıthane Metro station on the new M11 route out to Istanbul International Airport. It's therefore a convenient place for staying the night before a flight and you want to avoid an expensive taxi or private hire charge for getting your flight. It's situated in a quiet area of Istanbul so if you want to be away from the noise and mania of the city centre then you could do worse. It's within a reasonable striking distance (taxi, bus or Metro) of said city centre. The rooms are essentially set up for self catering with not just a fridge but a wee two ring induction hob, sink, washing machine and, if you ask, cutlery and crockery. In addition to the usual four or five star attributes of a good hotel. So it's not just ideal for a short stay but would be an excellent base for a business/leisure stay or days or weeks. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us, with advice as well as checking us in/out.

When we stayed the swimming pool in the leisure facilities was not yet open.

First impression, swift check in, very clean apartments. The front desk staff Mazlum, Huseyn and Yusuf were quick to assist with any information we needed, always welcomed us cheerfully. The cleaning ladies were sweet too. Apartments had well equipped kitchenette. Overall wonderful experience. I would stay here again.

Cleaning was done after 3 days, however, any request made for trash disposal, towels or tissue was quickly attended to by the front desk staff. It would be nice for cleaning after 2 days especially for families with young children.

The location is perfect, our stay was incredible. The apartments are very spacious and clean, we had no problems whatsoever. The staff was welcoming and considerate, very polite and always helped with any questions you could have. I would like to say special thanks to Hūseyin and Mazlum, who were so friendly and helpful throughout the stay. They arranged everything for us and went beyond to help us. Always smiling and polite. Best managers I have encountered so far. I would only recommend to stay in this hotel and will definitely come back myself!

The hotel has been accepting guests for a short time. Its location is good: with little effort one can walk to a grocery store, a mall and a metro stop. The room is spacious and tastefully decorated. The furniture is new and comfortable. There is everything you need for a small household, including a TV, ironing board and iron. There is a comfortable desk for work. The kitchen is furnished with modern appliances including a microwave, hob, kettle and fridge. Crockery and cutlery was provided on request. The bathroom is small but furnished in a way that makes its intended use comfortable. Bathrobes are provided in addition to traditional toiletries and towels. The cleanliness is impeccable. The room is tidied every day. The hotel has ground and underground parking included in the price. Access to the rooms is regulated. The front desk is open around the clock, and the guys (especially Hüseyin, but also Beyran and everyone else) behind it are attentive, helpful and... English-speaking.

I have no specific complaints.

We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights total. The building is completely new, rooms are spacy and completely furnished, including iron and hair dryer. Whatever needed is a phone call away, because the reception staff is extremely friendly and ready to help at any time. I would like to send my special thanks to Huseyin (with whom I have practiced my German :) ), Fatma and Berkay. They really made our stay in Turkey easier. The location of the hotel is also very suitable - on a big boulevard with quick connections to other parts of the city. Galataport and Karaköy are only 20 min away by car. The free parking at the location is a huge plus.

The hotel is completely new and not everything is functional. There is no restaurant, room service is available and served by a nearby place. Internet connection is good but from time to time drops.

Clean and well equipped modern apartment, pleasant stay. Friendly staff.

Not very professional service, could easily be improved. At check in the lobby was full of guest waiting to be let in, rooms not ready. Everything had to be asked available: kitchen items, dishwasher detergent, cloth rack... Info about spa services was not available, had to go to the spa to find out. Restaurant services very expensive and if advertized sustainable, vegan choices should be dominate. Paying deposit is too old fashioned and disrespectful.

The hotel fells like 5 stars hotel every person its very helpful and respect i live here first 3 days and i take more 3 days from front desk HUSEYIN he was very helpful and he can speak 5 language arabisch englisch german russich and turkish spanish he is really perfekt person i like him so much hotel hav maney park place and room its very comfortable AND and fornt desk also berkay and yusuf ist very helpful thank you very much

We've had a pleasant experience at TSL Kagithane, service is at desired level making you feel welcome, the rooms are spacious and "shiny" clean, with all necessary ammenities, same for the common spaces, gym, etc, and located nearby our area of interest LIV VADI, 7 minute driving distance. Overall a great experience due to Berkay, Ahmed, Mustafa, professional staff!

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, perfectly decorated, perfect neatness everywhere, very helpful and good staff, especially Hussein, an amazing guy who helped us a lot and answered all our questions. The hotel is located close to the Axis mall and next to a large supermarket, we are happy with everything, thank you very much
