The location is super, the staff are good but unfortunately can’t speak English except the morning shift receptionist who is really good man and very helpful . The value of paying money for such place is really great . Thank you Vernazza people .

The apartment lack cooking utensils and electric kettle to make a tea , the decoration isn’t that good and the bedroom needs some light . The room in general needs fine touches of renovations .

The rooms are acctually suits, so there is a separate bedroom. Amazing comfort, big bathroom. The hotel has full soundproof walls, so true rest is possible.

Some damage was obvious in the room, such as broken curtain and damage on the bedroom walls. Also sheets in the bedroom were with 2 holes in them. The location is a bit complicated if using taxy.

Vernazza Penthouse is the best choice for accommodation at the core of the heart in Istanbul. It is really enormous, the beds are very comfortable and the location is top!

You should pay more attention of the hygiene of the apartment! This is the only thing that was a little bit disappointing and the reason that I don't give you 10.

More choice for breakfast would be appreciated

The location of the hotel is very close to the center (considering the size of Istanbul) - 15 minutes by bus. You get all the required infrastructure nearby. The breakfast was nice, nothing special, just a platter with a mix of everything. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Apartment-like rooms were without any cutlery and dishes, which was a bit disappointing.

This is my third stay at Vernazza and I think it will not be the last. Excellent location, few minutes to Şişli metro station and to Cevahir mall. Nice and very friendly staff. Very good breakfast at reasonable price.

The place is tidy clean and close to all commercial places. There is a well-built receptionist name ufuk but he is one of the best employees I have ever seen. He speaks Engli. I think Ufuk

There is no isolation in the rooms and you can hear anyone walking outside, whether inside or outside the hotel The furniture is a little worn out but it is okay for the value provided Towels and sofas have holes in them only Other than that there is nothing bad

The room was bigger than I expected. It was clean and I love the hotel staff. Everything was great. This is the best hotel I've stayed in so far. It is near transportation.

Friendly staff

No housekeeping, I had to ask for water every single time. I have to ask for toilet paper. They don’t have coffee in the room only 2 tea bags for 8 days!!!

Good location, close to the terminal stop of H-2 bus from the airport. Rather calm street with a view to a really great looking Armenian cemetery (somehow I did not managed to get in). Well equipped building. Nice staff.

Switching off the light by the entrance to the room was beyond my capacities. However it was not so hard to sleep with it on. That's basically the sole complaint if not to count the TV, which was not showing anything (I did not bothered to claim to the reception).
