I had an excellent stay at Hotel Marina! The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, with clean, well-appointed rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful views. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. I would definitely recommend Hotel Marina to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed the spa. The employees were very nice and accommodating, especially Ferhat and Sibel,which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The front desk manager was also very supportive. Nurthem also had good conversation on the terrace bar. The room cleaning was excellent and neat. Breakfast was enjoyable and they tried to ensure you were completely satisfied with your meal.

The jacuzzi was not on the whole of our stay and when it was it was broken, which was a little upsetting. Also the poster in the elevator said the spa opened at 10 when it really opened at 11, which was a little frustrating.

I liked the helpfulness of staff with keeping my luggage and getting it into the taxi. Also, they kindly allowed my early check-in couple of hours earlier than the official check in time.

Breakfast was nice, but on the basement floor for some reason. The rooms were clean, yet there were some stains on the coffee tables. I booked the room with the sea view, but my view was not as clear and nice as it was offered on booking.com.

Amazing hotel! I came to Istanbul for surgery and this hotel is so perfect, so clean and beautiful and comfortable with amazing location. Close to the main hospital, busy streets, food, and shopping as well as metro. It has been so wonderful that I extended my stay by two days. I highly recommend for couples, family, friends, and travelers traveling for surgery.

Everything is wonderful.

So lovely staff! Always ready to support if you need anything. They park your car, they care about your luggage etc, The room was clean, luxury and cozy, the lobby area is so classy and comfy. The food in restaurant is delicious, it have also smoking area, like winter graden. The heating system works really good everywhere. The location is perfect, near to Atakoy Marina, Capacity mall, Carusel mall and Acibadem hospital. Metro station Bakirkoy is around 10 min walking. So nice place to stay. I’ll be visiting again! The spa Center is also nice

The only one thing is that the guy in spa Center who told us that they are closing in 9:30 pm, /the working hours is to 10 pm/ and don’t give a chance to us to use this half an hour.

The rooms,the location

The breakfast.It was better before.Ive been in this hotel many times and in the beginning the variety of food was more bigger.The SPA- hamam was not working,there is a man on the SPA reception, who insist to sell me a cup for hair,in the situation that I have no hair.So I cant use a pool also,but I paid for it.Its not acceptable!

The hotel was really clean and the staff at the reception were really helpful. The swimming pool was calm and relaxing. The access to two good malls and local shops was good plus lots of good marina restaurants at a walking distance

The breakfast was not good. Half of the staff couldn't communicate in English well (which is common in Turkey) the traffic around the hotel was heavy most of the day. The sea view was not what I expected.

The guy who parked our car scratched it. Then he said that the car was like this before. They watched the cameras (without us) and told us there wasn't any problem. We found the car outside crashed in a sidewalk and scratched in front. There were no cameras outside the car elevator. We wait almost 2 hours just to hear that they can't do anything. Embarrassing....

Very friendly staff. They upgraded me to a bigger room free of charge. The breakfast was quite good with lots of options. I must also add that the gentleman at the reception helped me find an amazing Turkish delight shop from where I bought the traditional lokum and baklava (the best I have had so far). The property is also close to a shopping mall which had lots of dining options.
