I like this hotel so quiet and clean and the staff super nice especially Nadia hanim , this is my second stay in this hotel and i still have the same good impressions for it .

This hotel met all my main needs: - Location: great, safe, close to public transportation (3 min to bus, 5 min to metro, & if you don't mind walking for a bit, you can reach Taksim in 15 min, as well as the stops for Havaist and Havabus), - Safety: peaceful stay for a solo woman overall, - Staff: nice, helpful, and welcoming. I was worried about arriving 2 hours earlier but was able to check in with ease. Special thanks to the reception lady for helping me when I needed a needle for an emergency sewing, helping me with my luggage, and greeting me warmly.

This is not the hotel's fault but sometimes the guests themselves make it hard for other guests. On the first night, there was a man shouting for a long time at a lady, I even heard tears and blows. I was so confused and alone, I didn't know what to do. Looking back, I should've called reception, but I was scared after my own door was hit with something so I just kept silent and still, hoping this was just a bad dream. Again, not blaming the hotel in any of this, they probably heard nothing as it was the 3rd floor. But I think it's worth mentioning, because I would have left the next morning if I hadn't paid before. But thankfully, the rest of the nights were peaceful and I'm glad I didn't build my opinion based on one night.

The hotel's staff was very nice, friendly, warm, welcoming and always ready to help or give advice. They showed genuine concern whenever I had an issue and made sure it was quickly resolved. The bed was very comfortable and soft, the wi-fi was good, and there was always hot water and even a safe box. I also liked the hotel's location, as it is close to the metro and many places to eat, buy a sim card, exchange money, shop, and get groceries.

While I appreciated my stay, there were a few issues. Rubber slippers were not provided, so I had to buy some. The television offered a limited selection of channels, predominantly in Turkish. Additionally, the towels were not changed during my stay, and it appeared that the bed linens were not changed either.

Superb location! The host is lovely and attentive to your needs. Very authentic and cozy place. Good value for money overall.

The room is tiny, like 7-8 sq m, but still ok if you only need to sleep there. The view from the windows is a wall of inner well, not looking or smelling good. Ventilation in the bathroom needs cleaning (see photo). Breakfast is a bit late if you are an early bird and instant coffee doesn't help to wake up. No choice of food, you just get a plate with eggs and varieties of snacks.

Sumptuous breakfast. Nadia was extremely helpful, not forgetting Atilla. The location was super convenient; just off the main road. Accessible to the nearest metro station, Osmanbey. We got a great room with a balcony overlooking the street below. I was pleased to observe posters urging guests to conserve water, electricity etc. Great initiative I must say.

Excellent location, only 3 minutes walk to the Osmanbey metro station, putting you in just a few stations away from all that you would want to explore in Istanbul. The owners & the staff were most pleasant, kind, professional I have ever encountered. Definitely the best in class.

Staff is perfect, very helpful, patient and do their best to satisfy the guest, room is super clean and comfy. Location is perfect in a very nice and buzzing area, near to metro station and bus stop. Special thanks to Nadya, her brother & the whole family 😊

Pros: the rooms were clean the staff were friendly and respectful free wifi central location( near to Taksim square and Istiklal street) shopping malls within 20-30 min walking distance Bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance Safe in the room Tea and electrical kettle in the room Cons: We were not told that we could not use tap water for tea or drinking Some fixtures in the bathroom were loose ( like the Bide knob and the toilet paper holder, they would fall down easily) No toothbrush in the bathroom

The reception ladies, especially Nadia were so amazing, with good English. Lady Maya, who looked after the rooms and breakfast worked so hard, to make your stay at the hotel be pleasant. Anyway, if you're fussy, that hotel will not be right for you.

Cleaning at rooms, after customers, should be a little bit better.
