The staff was very professional and amazing. The housekeeping Mrs. Nemit very friendly, she check on me every day and ask me if I need anything. Everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive and very helpful. And special thanks to the General Manager for the welcome card. I recommend all my friends and everyone want enjoy in his or her trip in Istanbul to stay at Ramada Plaza City Center.

Location is very good

the 5 star hotel was 5 star maybe 10 years ago.Now all is broken, damaged, the bathroom has a smell that kills you, the air conditioning was not working, the table was broken, and all in the room is old..

I recently stayed at Ramada Plaza Istanbul City Center and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in an excellent location, with easy access to the Osmanbey Metro Station and within walking distance of the Istanbul Military Museum and Istanbul Convention & Exhibition Center. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The rooftop swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic, with a panoramic view of Istanbul from the rooftop. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, which added to the overall experience of staying at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I really enjoyed the Gym at the rooftop and the spa. Location is great yet a bit noisy. Warm gratitude towards the French/turkish reception lady for her kindness

The only thing I regret is the mattress quality and the noise. It’s not a place for deep sleep

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location directly opposite Osmanbey Metro station and a mere 20-minute stroll from Taksim. With an abundance of eateries and food joints right on its doorstep, as well as a convenient market for daily necessities, the location couldn't be better. The restaurant serves an outstanding breakfast, featuring a live kitchen and a wide range of options to satisfy all tastes.

Hotel rooms needs minor refurbishment, i was informed that this process has already begun on the day of my departure, otherwise no other concerns.

Ramada Plaza is a good option for istanbul travelers, we had a good stay its away from chaos yet near from taksim square for around 20 mints walk and from nasintasi as well, the good part is Mcdonalds in the hotel. some little things were missing in the room like shoe cleaner, loofah , toothbrush & the AC needs to be renewed. but all in all our stay was great , good and friendly staff. special thanks to Eyupcan for his great welcoming. I Recommend this Hotel 👍🏼

I want to share my positive experience at the hotel, especially regarding the staff. Mr. Jalal and Mr. Sazgin were fantastic; they upgraded our room upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and did an excellent job cleaning our room. The hotel's location is central, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this hotel; it will definitely be my top choice in Istanbul! Many thanks to Mr. Jelal and Mr. Sazgin I really appreciate their support it means a lot to me.
