The suite was nice, big and comfortable. The bed was really good. For us who were just passing through Istanbul, the location was very good because it allowed quick access and also easy way out of the city. There is an underground garage and an outdoor pool. While at first glance it doesn't look much, the neighbourhood is very lively, with lots of shops, places to eat, cafes, banks etc and seems quite safe. Overall, the price/quality ratio was a good one for us.

The shower was terrible. Draining basically didn't work while the shower head had low pressure due to the leaking hose and connections. The sofa bed in the living room is not that comfortable and there are no drapes so the morning's first light is guaranteed to wake you up.

Very friendly and nice staff. It was near my university, but it’s not a good location if you are coming for leisure and sightseeing, too far from old city. There is a washing machine in the room. Nice design.

Far from attractions, but I needed this location. No variety of decent restaurants around. No cleaning, even had to buy my own garbage bags, but I didn’t ask, however there is no cleaning by default. Also didn’t feel bathroom was clean, and maybe English instruction on washing machine would be good

Exceptional Property. Very Clean and Well maintained. We stayed in a 1 Bedroom Apartment for more than a week. Equipped with everything: Kitchen, Utensils & Cutlery, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron Box & Board and Hair Dryer. You can find Supermarkets and Shops in about 200 m walk. You get plenty of Ventilation and Sunlight. There is a Restaurant in the same building. This Property has a 24/7 Front Desk. Ms. Elif and two other Gentlemen at the Reception was Very Kind and Helpful. I would strongly recommend this Apartment.

It was very good experience in ZIN D Home. The hotel is really like sweet home) The pool and sauna perfect. The rooms are enough big and comfortable. The cleanness is good but found a few moments with damaged wood, dirty sofa and cheers. Hopefully return back in next visit of Istanbul. Thanks

The apartment is really comfortable. You would find everything as featured in the description. There's a table tennis you can play in the basement and a sauna. Had it not been for the location, it would have been my favourite place in Istanbul.

It's a great place to stay if you have a car and don't have to commute to Istanbul.

A clean hotel with the possibility of a room with a large terrace. An excellent choice if you are with a car. There are several outdoor parking spaces in front of the hotel, and the hotel also has an even larger indoor parking lot - a garage from which the room can be reached by elevator. The rooms are literally as in the pictures.

Everything was ok

Affordable price, cozy, all in one, working space in a basement, table tennis, pool, welcome staff, baby's bed and baby's chair provided by request. Great thanks to Elif - office desk and Hatice - housekeeping!

Unreliable internet often interrupts. You need to relogin several times a day. Once it happened in a really important moment. You need to order taxi to reach a subway station - apx 50TL.

The rooms are beyond the expectation, big, clean and with all that u need. The staff are very friendly and English spoken so it’s easy to communicate. Attached to the hotel there is a restaurant that opens very early in morning and the food it’s excellent

The only thing is that the supermarkets are on 10 min walk and closed early at night. Regarding location from my experience having car is most needed. Everything else is 10 from 10 and highly recommended.

Rooms were very good. Neat and clean. 1 was supposed to stay for 9 days but had to cut my trip short and stays only 5 days. I paid at property but the didn’t refund anything. There were pots and other kitchen appliances and utensils but they didn’t provide any tea/ coffee sachets or even sugar. Rest was ok. There no place to go near the place. Only one restaurant on walking distance.

If you atleast provide tea/coffee in the room. As we aren’t staying there forever, I’m not going to buy groceries to stay for 5 days
