Everything but especially the hospitality. My phone was stolen at a nearby drugstore on Wednesday, September 13th. The store security camera saw who took it off the counter, and one of the workers went with me to the police station to file a report. But the police wouldn't take a report saying that since it wasn't a Turkish phone, they couldn't track it. But the hotel manager, Fuat, went back with me to the station and helped me file the report. I got back to my room at 9:15 and at 12:05 AM, the police called Fuat and told him they had picked up the guy who stole my phone. Fuat had already left for the day but came all the way back to return with me to the station to retrieve my phone. He went above and beyond what a hotel manager had to do. His actions in helping to recover my phone relieved a lot of stress and anxiety and made the remaining days of my vacation more enjoyable. Thanks again Fuat.

The location of the hotel is excellent, you can reach any part of the city. Nearby there is a metro station, a commuter train station, and a bus stop. In addition, there is always a free taxi near the hotel. Breakfast is quite rich, but the variety is limited.

The state of the Internet is terrible, Wi-Fi disconnects all the time, it takes a lot of patience to restore the Internet connection. There is no second card for the hotel room; for three days they could not help with this problem.

The facility was clean, room was big, staff was welcoming and the location was central

The breakfast was rich but tastes was average. Gym was really bad. They turned a small regular room to a gym but it was a little bit dirty, air circulation was bad. Bathroom in the room was big however there wasn't any window or ventilation to refresh the air

The personal was really great, very polite, friendly and ready to help at any moment. Rooms were ok, nothing special, but everything is clean.

Towel were clean, but looked rather old and tough. There was a smell in lobby and in the hall on the floor, some conditioning or smth .. but It smells like in a laundry room (( The hotel is located on a rather busy street …

Good location, nice room, plenty of space and nice staff. Very good price to valu ratio. All in all I highly recommend this place.

The rug was a bit dirty with taints, for a 4 star hotel the breakfast was a bit lackluster and since our room was next to the wall with the neighboring building (which is a club I think) we could hear the bass in to the night on Saturday. But these were minor things for us.

This is a business-style hotel with a standard room layout. The room was well-equipped and comfortable. Valet parking worked well - this was a big factor in our choice of this hotel. We walked across the Kulturpark to reach the seafront for dinner at one of the many restaurants there - it took about 20-25 minutes.

Choice on the breakfast buffet was a bit limited.

Although it was in the city, it wasn’t close to the main areas such as Konak square, Alsancak etc.

Very confortable and modern hotel, near many interesting places in Izmir. Room exceeded our expectations, internet, bathroom, frigobar, beds, cleaning in general was excellent. Location was close to bazar and commercial center, and many other attractions. So close to Basmane Gar, so we take advantage or excellent public transportation in Izmir and organized our own Ephesus tour!

Loved the property but bookin.com ruined the experience there only animals thanks to greymark hotel but booking.com should be in prison

Nice and helpful staff… nice food in the restaurant. It is convenient with a nice coffee shop on the corner.
