Excellent location for central Izmir and Kemeralti square. The Suite is exceptional, with 2 TVs, spacious lounge area, huge balcony and a beautifully designed bathroom with huge rainfall shower head. And a private sauna is a first for me! All of the staff were extremely polite, courteous and helpful - anything we asked for was provided above and beyond our expectations. The reception staff in particular spoke English very well, so there was no language barrier.

Not enough English TV channels (only Sky and BBC News). Not enough hooks in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly. Our room was upgraded from standard to superior on the arrival. The hotel location is wonderful; you reach the beautiful beach walking for a few minutes. Some historical places are also nearby. You can find good dining places alongside the beach.

The Internet is a serious issue. It is not just about like it or not, it didn't work for us, disconnected every minute, and while connected, it was as slow as a turtle! I think hotels in Turkey should really do something about their Internet connections because it seems a phenomenal case in the majority of the hotels to us.

The staff were so very HELPFUL. Metin was AMAZING- he saved the day more than once. Primarily we stayed so we could do a tour a Ephesus, House of Mary. Metin arranged the tour and had left luggage courier to Istanbul- cannot express my gratitude enough- about 800m from water/ not too far away

The breakfast wasn’t to my limited Australian palate / so I skipped but it might have been good, just I wouldn’t know

Met Boutique, was closely located to a Metro Stop in the city. Also in close walking proximity to many sites and markets in the area. The pier is also within walking distance. There are several eating options, shops, money exchanges, supermarkets in close proximity. Overall, the hotel is very well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was good. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the beds were super comfortable. If you are looking for a place to stay in Izmir that is centrally located this would be a good choice.

The shower area in the washroom didn't have a light

The room was very clean and tidy although a bit noisy because next to the elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but good enough.

The WiFi was almost impossible to connect to when in the room and when connected, it was very slow. The reception was very good and fast only at the reception desk area.

Very good rooms and an equally good breakfast and despite the noise from traffic in street below, the double-glazed windows blotted this out when shut. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, particularly Khan, and so were the ladies setting up the breakfasts.

The hotel promised a taxi from the airport and hadn't delivered on this which is tantamount to unfair advertising!

So wonderfull people in hotel. All the agents were perfect !! Reception , breakfast, clean room !!! They help me about my holiday time with informations about the city. A lovely destination.! It was my second visit in Met hotel. It will be my choice the next time,too !!!

Cosy, cute, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Staff was warm, helpful and accommodating. They were super kind to allow us an early check-in (after our red eye flight). The location is a close walking distance to many of the city's key attractions, and the breakfast served was very good.

Everything met our expectations.

Check-in was effortless and the staff were excellent. We booked a Suite and it exceeded expectations. Very large room with entrance hall and separate sitting and working area with a patio area the entire length of the suite. We also had to the pleasure of a sauna in the room. Did not see the other rooms, but I can assume the quality and standards are the same. The hotel is within walking distance to the seafront, entertainment areas and historical places. Within easy reach of the city's transport system.
