From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. Any request I had was met with a smile and a swift response, making me feel valued as a guest. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The amenities provided added an extra touch of comfort, making it feel like a home away from home. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations in every way. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay with outstanding staff. I look forward to returning in the future.

It was nice to be able to sleep in a cave.

The prices for activities given on the website actually turned out to be twice as high. The website stated €35 ​​for a camel trip. I paid €70 plus taxi. Same for the Red Tour. The price on the website is €40 including guide, museum entry and lunch. I paid 50€ for transport, not including anything. No card payment possible. I also booked transportation from the airport and checked three times if they remembered. In fact, I was left alone at 3 a.m. with no information on how to get to the hotel. The swimming pool was often privately booked and no information was provided. I couldn't use it 2/3 times. There was a leaking radiator in the room and leaks from the shower. No heating at 7 degrees outside. It was cold.

From the moment we arrived at this property, we were made to feel extremely welcome. Hami and his family are very very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are so unique in style and it really does feel like sleeping in a cave. Hami was helpful at arranging tours and transport for us. Our 5 year old daughter loved the indoor pool.

We stayed in the middle of summer and the rooms have no air conditioning or fans. Being a "cave" hotel we thought it might be cooler than it was, but in truth we struggled to sleep at night as the room was very stuffy. Also - one thing to be aware of it the location of the hotel. Most of the sightseeing and tours takes place in Goreme, which is approximately 15/20 minutes drive by car/taxi. There are no restaurants to walk to in the area.

Very friendly, caring and understanding. Did their best over and beyond as hospitality. I suffered the fall outside and they helped to accommodate my needs. I couldn’t walk staff literally lift me. To get my room. Etc. Breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend to anyone, but you should be able to climb steps and uneven grounds. Cave experience is a must things to do in Cappadocia.

I am 76 yrs it was bit difficult to climb steps and besides I had numerous knee surgeries. But this just me don’t build your expectation from my experience.

Lived like cave-dwellers for the past three nights and loved every minute of it! From refreshing dips in our lit-up cave pool right next door to our room, to indulging in Turkish breakfasts fit for royalty, our stay at this rock cave motel has been a luxurious adventure like no other. Our warm and welcoming hosts made us feel right at home in the heart of the earth. Feeling grounded and grateful for this unique experience!

Needed a car to get anywhere. It costs about $160 aud for taxi to Kayseri Airport (hour away) and $35 aud for taxi to Nevşehir Airport. (30 minutes) Need car to get to most sites. Still loved it.

The breakfast here is out of this world. Thankfully, breakfast is served until 10.30 am. Just enough time to complete an early hot air balloon ride and not miss it. Extremely happy with the breakfast, probably our most wholesome meal in Türkiye. The hotel's owner and his family are very friendly and always keen to help. Plenty of cute and friendly stray cats for you ailurophiles.

We had breakfast in an alternate hotel as they stopped serving breakfast early day. However, they seem to have an understanding with the other Cave Suites just behind them. Definitely require a rented car to get here and also stay here comfortably because of the location. Cars do not go up the narrow alley leading up to the hotel, but there is ample parking just outside. The door of our Queen Suite needed some manoeuvring to lock correctly. The key almost broke on our first attempt.

It was really clean and the personnel was always so eager to help. The room looks really good, there are no differences from the photos. The food was amazing. It was great that we could pay with our card. We used the car to get to the main attractions (15 min drive). It is really quiet and a safe area. There is a supermarket/ mall near (6 min drive).

We did not have TV signal and Wi-Fi for the whole trip (there was no signal in our room, but the WiFi worked outside the room- restaurant and smoking area). There is not a special parking place owned by hotel, we left our car near the location (it is a safe neighbourhood so we did not had any problems).

The quirky room set in a cave was fantastic. Breakfast every day was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Helped book trips/ taxis etc.. Pool was great.

This is about 20 min away from Gerome which we knew before arrival. Taxi’s are tourist prices- about €25 into main area. Not much else in walking distance near hotel- but on the other hand you are out of the hustle and bustle. Hotel had everything you needed, and taxis / tour pick ups were easily organised. Fine if you had a car. Need to ask for your room to be serviced as didn’t routinely do it.

the cave bed room was amazing! spotlessly clean, perfect temperature. it was like home from home. the owner and his staff couldn’t do enough for us. the evening meals that they prepared for us were fantastic and huge portions. the breakfast was the best we have eaten in Turkey. the owners brother is a taxi driver and his English is very good. we were appreciative of his explanation of the local area and history as he was driving us around. we hired a private taxi to do the green tour (the owner arranged this for us) and the next day we did some of the red tour ourselves and the owners brother took us back to the airport from goreme. they sort everything out.

Very nice unique stay in a cave with comfortable luxury stylings, delicious breakfast, nice pool experience (perfect temperature in the water), staff very helpful with anything you need, help with luggage help with area etc (no elevator only stairs and no parking near the door instead on the road but you wont be left alone to move things up as super helpful) If you stay here i definitely recommend going to Kemikkıranlar Gurme Et Mangal for dinner and trying their iskender or chicken skewers.. true Turkish experience
