The room was very clean, the staff very attentive. They helped us to find the best price for the balloons, and also offer taxi rides if needed. Turkish breakfast very complete. The jacuzzi is a very nice plus, and at such a reasonable price, highly recommended to book the room with whirlpool bath. Also, we had a problem with booking and they solved and helped us like professionals.

Regarding the hotel there is no disadvantage everything was perfect as a 5 star hotel. The only thing and as a warning is to beware of taxi drivers who charge very high prices to get to the hotel from the bus station, for only 10 minutes of ride. We used public transport and got off in the centre of Nevşehir and from there it is not so far to the hotel.

Wow, I loved the really big room with jacuzzi. It was a great add-on after a hot day outside. The host did his best to try to accommodate us, even if his English was not that good, we he did find a way for us to communicate without constraints 🙂 And the exterior details and all the adornments were spectacular, very traditional cave feeling!

maybe a little bit away from the city centre, but if you have a rental car it is ok. This place is located in the old town. One thing regarding the breakfast time: we were initially told it would be at 8 am, but it was not served until after 8: 30, and we pretty much missed it because we had to leave earlier that day.

The level of noise isolation is low and we could occasionally hear guests in the room that shared the wall with us. Which makes sense- it's a cave:) so not big of a deal

This cave hotel a little away from the masses of cave hotels in Goreme city was a luxury property with all food requirements attended to. We really liked the location being a bit far (10km) but this made it calm and less noisy! The breakfast was exceptional and we all enjoyed the pleasantries of the lady cook! The rooms were also upgraded for free.

The room temperature itself was a bit too warm, so it can get a bit stuffy. We went during spring so managed it! Please get a room with a window. In summers, it can be really hot which is worrisome. The reception staff was very helpful but a few of them don’t speak English.

The host was a super friendly guy, we had some good chat. The other staff was also super friendly; even with the language barrier he was easy to communicate with. The room was so beautiful, everything was well thought and detailed. I really liked the pretty stained windows, the whole place transports you back in time. And the hot water jacuzzi was a huge plus. The best part is how it is in the quiet part, than the noisy side of Goreme. Also the breakfast was also great!

Very nice cosy hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was great clean, nice and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend it for anyone who wants to spend a nice time in Cappadocia . Special thanks for Emir for making sure that our stay was lovely and wonderful.

Location is far from all touristic attractions, you should drive a car or use taxi.

If you are just looking at the map Goreme isn't as close as it may seem. If you don't have a car getting around can be difficult

Loved the place, was an awesome atypical hotel, spacious, all made of stone and wood, very unique experience and excellent for the price. The jacuzzi was fine, water was hot.... Super experience overall, especially for the price paid at this low season. Was easy to find a parking spot in the street next to the hotel (but maybe that has to do with low season too I'm not sure). Wifi was good.

The room temperature was okay (the floor was heated apparently) but being able to control the heat in the room would have been nice... Staff at front desk doesn't speak english very well but they know how to use a translating app on their phone so it was okay.

Very nice and quite new hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The cave room is made in a real cave but has floor heating. The breakfast was very good and made according to our wishes (menemen).

There was only one issue, which we addressed to the staff - there was a bad odour in the bathroom because of the drain pipe. Beside of that, be aware that the cave walls and ceiling are constantly peeling and therefore there were some dust in the air and on some surfaces.

The hotel was fantastic and definitely a great value for money. The hotel room was comfortable, stayed during winter the room heater was working precisely to keep us warm. Their Turkish breakfast was tasty and delightful. They provide great hospitality the Hotel Manager - Gülce is a fluent English speaking person and Sevda was very helpful with passionate approach to provide great service experience for the guest. We are glad that we found this hotel eventhough its a new property it is a wise choice to stay here. To add to it the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. Welldone Pome Granate Cave Hotel.
