We came there in winter time (January). We liked: - the owner is very friendly and attentive (we asked if they have menemen for breakfast and the next day he remembered and prepared it for us) - Pamukkale is quite small, so everything is nearby. We enjoyed the location was not in the centre, because it was quiet. - the room is clean and basic, has air conditioning which is very useful as it gets cold at night

- the rooms are not that well insulated (built more for summer), so it gets really cold in the night quite fast (we couldn’t sleep with the AC on)

Wonderful family managing the hotel. They went above and beyond to accommod ate us. We arrived late and the cook prepared us a delicious dinner at 10 pm. The owner, Birgül Hanim is super friendly and helped us arrange a hot balloon ride. She was also extremely helpful with recommendations on our trip to travertines, the antique theater and pools. Her husband gave us cute little souvenirs that will remind us of beautiful Pamukkale. During breakfast he took a picture of us and framed it on a Pamukkale themed frame and gave us as a gift. He was so nice that at the end he told us whenever we are in town to stop by for a tea even if we do not stay there. Overall, it was wonderful.

Nothing not to like.

Our room was large and modern, with all amenities, a good bathroom and comfortable beds. We didn't use the pool, however it was large and looked inviting. The hotel was great value for money. The hosts were helpful, friendly and courteous. They were busy but found time to take care of us very well and even walked us to the minibus stop on our departure morning.

The hotel is at least 10 minutes walk from the main town centre, however, it is a pleasant walk. The wifi in the room was patchy, but it was fine in the guest dining room, where I was able to use my laptop.

Very nice, clean, and cozy. The staff was so helpful and hospitable. We arrived a little earlier, but the room was ready, and we didn't have to wait. There are a lot of cats and cows, so if you love animals, don't miss it. If you don't love animals, they are not disturbing at all. There is a pool in the middle, but it was a little bit cold for us. In the morning, there are balloons flying; don't miss them, it's really fascinating (around 7 am). The view is especially great from the terrace. Rooms are small but cozy and convenient.

Well, the last night there were mosquitoes. But it nothing to do with the hotel

Cooling Garden / Shade. Hammock. Very Attentive Hosts who ensure you are comfortable and are enjoying the place.

(Too many) freebies / gifts, printed photos, fridge magnets, bookmarks. Maybe let the Guest pick it up if they want it, rather than actively distributing it?. Room LED lights has quite a bit of flicker. Road noise is significant (despite the double pane window, as the sound was coming in through the toilet exhaust window). Toilet has smell of drain pipes (missing a drain trap perhaps?)

We stayed in Pamukkale Apollon Hotel one night. Everything was perfect. The check-in was fast, the staff was super nice and helpful! The room was clean the hotel is new. We did the check-out and let our bags there all day. We went back to change clothes to the next city. The breakfast was delicious turkish tea is a must. There is a really nice and calm horse and a cute cat. The swimming pool. We will certainly recommend this hotel and we want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you all for making our stay in Pamukkale sooooooooo amazing, Natasha, Marcus, Letícia e Ariane.

Staff were really helpful. Even gave some parting gifts when leaving which I thought was a nice personal touch. Rooms were clean, AC worked well, Kids were happy with the swim pool.

Breakfast choice was a bit limited but what was there was good. Location was a little set back from the food places but if your driving then its an easy 3-4mins drive and you've got a big choice of food shops.

We arrived really late at night and they were extremely patient with us. They were really welcoming and kind. The staff was really intelligent, helpful and flexible. The rooms were extremely nice the bathroom was perfect.They had a bar open even in the late hours and we were also able to use the swimming pool. All in all everything was really nice, we had a great time and we even got gift when we left.🥰

Friendly staff very helpful in everything you ask.( especially the couple who's managing the hotel) Enjoyed a very good breakfast. Kids loved this place( play area, horse riding) Location is very near to heliopolis and travertine hardly 10 to 15 minutes. Highly recommended. When we checked out..the couple gifted kids pammakule magnets..kids loved the gift . THANKS YOU

Nothing..everything was perfect...only in winter the atmosphere is very cold.

The staff was incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We opted to dine at the hotel restaurant, which was a great decision (we ate by the pool). My son ordered a Coke Zero; rather than saying they were out, one of the staff went to a local market and brought the soda back. The hotel was less than 10 minutes from the main entrance to Pamukkale. Go early!
