Overall I liked the hotel. A special advantage is two large swimming pools with thermal water (one is indoors, but I especially liked the one outside) and a very large swimming pool. Nice location on top of a hill with great views of the surrounding area. You can walk or cycle through the beautiful countryside. Very close to Hieropolis - can be reached on foot.

Several busloads of tourists arrived for dinner and the service in the restaurant was not very good (breakfast was much better) - the choice of food for dinner was also not very good... besides, all the drinks (except one bottle of water) were for money - even tea! Breakfast was good - and tea was free.

Here's my honest assessment: Thermal Delights: The star of the show is undoubtedly the massive thermal pool complex. With varying temperatures and therapeutic properties, it offered blissful relaxation amidst stunning mountain views. Open till midnight, it was perfect for unwinding after sightseeing. The indoor thermal pool provided a comforting escape on cooler days, while the outdoor pool boasted ample space for swimming and lounging. Comfortable Accommodations: My room was clean and spacious, with amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and a balcony offering a pleasant mountain vista. There were minor inconsistencies in water temperature overall, but the thermal experience was a highlight. Slightly dated decor, but personally, the focus was on the thermal experience and exploring the area, making the room's aesthetics less crucial. Occasional repetition in the restaurant. For a broader range of dining options, venturing into nearby restaurants might be appealing—overpriced beer and vine.

We most like about flexibility,pool and thermal pool open till midnight and bar serves too,restaurant was nice and clean,food was delicious and fresh, I recon one off the best option in the area.car park inside and secure,not far from Pamukkale too,recommended.

Even though we had small problems hotel stuff did their best to sort them out,we liked our room size and location,only downsize for us was at some points room and hotel looked abit tired,specially ground floor,but people work here are amazing,we didn’t care at all.

Richmond Pamukkale has everything you could want in a thermal spa. There are a few hot outdoor pools with different temperaturs and hot indoor pools with saunas. Everything is very clean. The rooms were nice. It's a comfortable hotel in all ways. Kubilay the manager was very friendly too.

The food was good but the lines were a bit long and some of the salads not fresh. But for the price and food being included it's all good

An ordinary hotel that should not be 5 stars: check-in at 14:00, we were there at 14:40, we got a room at 15:30. shabby room, there were 4 of us, but there were towels and bathrobes for three, the food was ordinary, and the drinks were paid for, only a simple sweetened drink was free. for a 5-star hotel, the bar by the pool was used by paying for everything. In our experience no more than a 3 star hotel. The only plus is the panoramic view.

Really good value for money. The dinner and breakfast buffets (which were included) were amazing. The pools were great. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Location was a bit hard to find at the end of a poorly paved road. When I arrived there was only one person working at the reception desk to check in an entire busload of other tourists who had arrived just before me so I had to wait quite a while to get checked in.

We stayed just for one night so that we could visit Travertines next day early morning.... but for us thermal pool & hammam bath experience at the hotel is far more memorable than the travertines.... you have to keep good time in hand to enjoy this in-house facility. Room was spacious, comfortable & clean Food was excellent, Dinner spread was so exhaustive that we could barely taste 1/10th of it ..... Belly dancing performance was fun n sweet .... involving the guest, not a serious show.

Great hospitality My recent stay at was marked by excellent hospitality. The staff's warm service made me feel truly valued as a guest. However, the absence of an elevator for upper-level rooms and the language barrier with some staff members were minor inconveniences. Overall, I would still highly recommend to fellow travelers

What I liked about this property was spacious clean bag had two big pools. Very clean family oriented very nice Design.

The only thing I didn't like about this, it had no lunch you had to pay for food in between. I wish it was all inclusive would've made things a lot more easier.

Very nice hotel with good thermal water. The pools are clened every week. Dinner is very delicious, a lot of choice. For the price, it was very good. The personal is kind and hearing. We were with 2 small kids, and never regretted our choice of the hotel. Thank you, we would come again!

Sometimes the musik at the pool bar was a little bit loud.
