From the moment we first arrived at the hotel, they provided every comfort to make us feel special. Even the smallest problems that could happen, they took action quickly and were very helpful throughout our stay. We would like to thank Mr Baran, Mr Tolga and Mr Merlin, who took care of us closely during our stay. Everything was marvellous with the water park, pools, beach, food, sea, restaurants, animation activities, children's activities and more. We had an accommodation experience that we will go again and we will recommend it to everyone.

All the staff were so welcoming and nice. Special mention of Tolga who was there to help us out all the time, and Mehmet who was great at check in and went over and beyond

Everything was perfect.

High quality all-inclusive resort. Great for families; the waterpark is incredible, nice kids club, great swimming pools and beach. The buffet is excellent with endless choices and the quality of food is high. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

It's a big resort, so don't chose this if you are looking for something intimate. Everything can be a bit overwhelming at times, especially the buffet, but with scale comes optionality and value. The only downside is you can't walk anywhere from the resort, it is outside of Bodrum but you can take a 15 minute taxi into town.

Everything about this place is fantastic! It's a wonderful destination to spend your vacation and create lasting memories with your kids. Without a doubt, it ranks among the best hotels I have ever visited. The cleanliness is impeccable, resembling a dream ,meals are great, and the staff is exceptional. I highly recommend it as a must-visit location.

loved the views, food was delicious, good events in the evening and all the staff was incredible, especially Mirhan!

- air conditioner could not be controlled by us, so the rooms would get really hot. - i found a piece of glass in my dessert.

It was perfect! Excellent staff work! Very clean. The food was delicious, there was a lot of choice. Comfortable beach, beautiful and clear sea. We will return with pleasure!

Location All facilities inside The candy land for kids was awesome

The lobby is hot all the time Eben at night and while AC is turned on. The bathroom had a mild dysfunction which was not a major but could have been fixed but it wasn't. In comparison to others the price is still high, could have been lower a bit.

Great Facilities. Nice swimming pool and restaurants.

AC in some rooms were not cooling properly. Also the minibar was not working properly in one of the rooms.

Good place to enjoy with Family or friends. We took Apollon villa, 3 bed duplex very nice, with private pool. room service, cleaning and everything you want need or ask were manage with a butler, our butler name Ummu Asi Irmak were very kind and prepared everything we needed quickly. Beach access and facilities very good. cleanliness very good.

There is a VIP resturant which villa members can use to have breakfast/lunch/dinner free and no limit in time up to 10 pm. negative points: staff were not well trained. food and menu variety not so much. There is a main resturant which you can enjoy self service varieties of foods, but negatives: timing for dinner, 21:30 finishes!!! some tubes in waterpark work not properly, water flow so slow that makes you no move.
