We stayed at JET Villa during our last days in Uganda, and it was the perfect place to end our trip. Nestled in a peaceful, green neighborhood, it felt like a tranquil retreat while still being within walking distance of everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better! The villa itself is cozy, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Shamim, the manager, is simply amazing—she goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel welcome. Her kindness and helpfulness really stood out. Benjamin greeted us with his warm smile and made us feel right at home. We’re also grateful to Isaac for taking such good care of us. A special thanks to Samuel, who was so helpful with his tuk-tuk. Not only did he help us get around, but on our last day, he took us to the airport early in the morning and even played music during the ride. It was such a thoughtful and fun way to end our trip—a perfect final touch! If you’re looking for a warm, easy, and welcoming place to stay, JET Villa is absolutely the place to be.

Breakfast was good with loads of options. Continental breakfast was tasty and served hot.

Nature of access road to the Hotel

This hotel is really recommendable. The location is great: close to the city center, the Lake Victoria and yet it is quiet. You can really relax and enjoy a beautiful view from the terrace. The clean rooms are traditionally and colorfully furnished. The morning buffet with fresh fruit, Spanish omelettes and much more is delicious. On request, the cook prepared matoke, a typical Ugandan dish. It was delicious. All the other staff at the hotel were also very hospitable and welcoming. A big thank you to Isaac and especially Benjamin (receptionist).

Great location, beautiful grounds, beautiful room, and very hospitable staff. A bonus feature for the room was that it had a clean water dispenser for hot or cold water. This is always a welcome relief to travelers who need bottled water for teeth brushing and drinking. The grounds were lovely.

We stayed at the beginning and end of our journey. The first night's room had a difficult bathroom set up with a shower head without boundaries so water was everywhere in the bathroom based on that bathroom's design. The first room could have used a small shelf in bathroom to rest toiletries while showering or for changing contact lenses etc. There was nowhere to set anything down. Other than those bathroom flaws, which were improved in the set up of our second room, the stay was great.

WiFi connection is not the best No TV and fridge in the room

This is one of the best places I have been on Uganda, even compared to more expensive lodges. Huge and comfortable beds with good mosquito nets, bathrooms with good hot water showers and toletries, even with bathrobes and slippers. The services are amazing: hot and cold drinking water in the bedrooms and in the common areas, plugs for your devices everywhere, even on the terrace, friendly staff who are always there for you. There is a chef who cooks simple, but fresh and express food. The premises are quiet and pleasant, out of the chaotic main road and right in the middle of the local community.

I honestly can't thibk about anything I disliked.

I just had a fantastic one-night stay at Jet Villas Entebbe! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. The villa was beautiful and offered such a relaxing atmosphere. The most hygienic facility you will ever find around Entebbe and yes, it is an Eco Friendly lodge and that’s always a plus! What really stood out for me was their flexibility with breakfast. They accommodated my timing perfectly, allowing me to enjoy a delicious meal without feeling rushed. The food was fresh and delightful! I can't wait to come back for a longer stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Absolutely nothing

Though I am someone who loves air-conditioning and was traveling at a warm time, Benjamin and the staff assisted me with strong fans such that I was cool, happy, and comfortable the entire time. The hands-on assistance that this hotel provides, along with the beautiful surroundings, well-decorated rooms, and fine restaurant made this stay a fully enjoyable one. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel, and will stay here again the next time I'm in Uganda.

As I said, I like air-conditioning, which this hotel does not have...but it was not a problem because of their accommodating assistance with strong fans which kept me cool the whole time!!

The staff were really helpful. Much as I made the booking a little late and had a late check-in, I got the help I needed to settle in quickly. The room was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and really comfortable. Hot water ran well with great pressure, there was water and tea available in the room and it had a cute little balcony; it is obvious that these guys pay attention to detail. I loved the breakfast as well, and the terrace on the top that was available for a chill. I would say overall, my experience there was good. What topped it for me was the interior design of the spaces. Nothing I love more than beautiful, well-thought-out spaces.

Can't think of any major issues other than the cleaning that was a bit noisy but, also, I am a really light sleeper so I cannot completely fault them on that.

I arrived 3 hours late because of traffic from a Presidential motorcade. I have celiac disease and was unable to find anything to eat all day because the bus took so long. They generously made me an omelette at 11 PM. Breakfast was delicious and they understood my dietary concerns. The property is gorgeous and serene. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable The perfect ending to my trip in Uganda after volunteering at a school for a month. I will be back next time I come!
