A tranquil, serene and warm ambience at the property with high assurance of security and safety It was easy to find and a great place to rest before the airport dash the morning after. Apartment was clean with well maintained furniture in the lounge, bedeooms, and pristine kitchen and bathroom ware. The host was very welcoming and even arranged my airport drop off in time.

The apartment units could do with better ventilation (more standing fans). It got a bit warm in the night, so I had to keep the kitchen and bedroom window open through the night.

The staff was amazing with a special mention for Reema, the receptionist. She was super nice and professional. The apartment was big, the beds comfy, spotless and very well located close to the malls and the International Airport. It felt like heaven after 2 weeks road tripping through the country. The breakfast was delicious. The app Glovo works perfectly and we ordered dinner to be delivered at the apartment. It was a great stay and we will definitely stay again if we ever return to Entebbe.

This place is a fantastic value--it's clean and comfortable, with a great view, a basic kitchen, and a reasonably-sized hot water tank for showering. And...wi-fi at last, hooray! There's also a nice big sink with a stopper in case you need to do a little sink laundry. The apartments are well-positioned for a short walk to the supermarket--or a longer walk (or brief 2,000-Ush boda ride) to pretty much anywhere in Entebbe. I requested a fan for the bedroom and did use it a couple of times, but in mid-June it wasn't strictly necessary (and air conditioning would have been overkill). The real draw here is the friendly, helpful staff who provided genuine advice on what to see & do (and what to pay!) and...it really is a serviced apartment! Somebody will clean it every day! [As a side note, it is located exactly where Google Maps says it is, so if you take a Matatu from Kampala, don't let those guys tell you otherwise and just insist on being dropped off at the first pullout before or after the State Department intersection.]

The amenities here definitely outweighed any minor annoyances. The stove burners in my apartment didn't work well, but the microwave and fridge were fine for most of my needs. Also be aware that the apartments are located beside a school, and the gate rumbles when it opens, so be prepared for a bit of background noise...but I didn't really find it bothersome. In fact it was kind of nice to have the kids greeting me "home" whenever I returned!

The staffs Reema, Anita and Fred (driver) were so accommodating and ready to assist all the time. Reema is so helpful to provide information and do something to boost my internet connection. The room was so spacious, clean, comfortable and with amenities. The location is safe, quiet and close to Victoria mall, zoo and botanical garden.

The hot water (really boiling hot) on the sink is on the right side which can cause accident if you forget. This should be marked or changed.

Bb suites is my favourite place to stay in Entebbe. This is due to the amazing Rema (manager) who is always super-helpful and cheerful, and the staff who are so friendly and keep the apartments spotlessly clean. together with the beautiful lake view and affordable price, and very comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi, this is a real gem.

nothing! it can be a bit noisy but that is just part of life.

They went above and beyond to help us (first time in Uganda), sorted our dinner, made sure we had breakfasts sorted, sorted airport transfers, accommodated late check in and changed us rooms after a shower leak without fuss. Thanks again for all your help we appreciated our stay here.

Karibu BB Suites was the perfect place to stay whilst in Entebbe for work for a few weeks. Rema, the manager, is super-friendly and responsive, which made a great difference and made me feel very much at home from the first moment I arrived. The apartments are clean, spacious and quiet with a great view over the lake, and the wifi was fast and reliable on the whole. I have already booked to stay again when I return in a few months time! Thank you Rema for looking after me so well!

I was welcomed with a warm welcome. Very helpful with the information that was given to us. We had the top floor with a bit of view which was nice. The apartment was very clean and very homely

Good breakfast. Location was a bit difficult to find because of wrong phone number given in Booking.com. Very calm area which looked secured. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

The internet connection was very bad. To some extent it was not working at all during some time. However, the staffs arranged alternative internet data package for me and the family on the final night of our stay.

The manager was lovely and so welcoming. My family and I had a great time at Karibu and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stay in Entebbe.
