Kid friendly, facilities were.excellent, staff was very accommodating and service was wonderful. Special thanks to Ms Sophia at the club lounge for the very warm welcome. The surprise for my nieces was a really great touch.

The line for the breakfast buffet at Markt was a bit long and it used some of our time which we could have spent enjoying the place more. We opted to take our breakfast at the lounge but kids were not allowed there so that was a bit sad so the kids just took a swim instead so they weren't able to have their breakfast. But I do appreciate Ms Kaycee and the lounge manager for making an exception for the kids to have breakfast in the lounge but they weren't able to have it as the kids were already in the pool before we have discussed it.

I thought the breakfast provided great value. Sets you up for the entire day. I also liked the ease of arranging for transport to/from golf courses through the concierge.

The staff at MARKT are all friendly and helpful but I think they need to be trained to seek out what guests need instead of guests asking for stuff like a coffee or water refill. We just noticed we had to flag servers down whenever we needed something. At other places, the servers wait on you more proactively to see if you need anything. I also thought it was odd that there was no business center. There is so much room on 5/F by the meeting rooms. I needed to print something and had to send it to the concierge for printing,

The hotel staff' service, and spa facilities were exceptional. The beds are super comfortable.

I checked-in early just to avoid the lines - knowing that the rooms may not be available, just the same, I still encountered delay in getting the room keys. Good thing, I was assisted by the other staff - since the line for checking in was long. The service at the markt kinda deteriorated since we last ate there. The wait staff got our orders wrong, and were not attentive - had to approach them to get their attention.

No connection from parking and check-in desk, same entrance with the casino, nobody to help you for the luggages, security check is not appropriate at all when you carry luggages and security staff are not helpful

The location is very accessible for commuters. We took a point-to-point bus in Trinoma going to Clark, and they can drop us off in front of the main road just outside the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. They also have elevator attendants (probably because one of the elevators is defective at the time). The room was spacious and clean. It also has touch light switches and a motorized system that automatically opens the curtains when you enter the room. The breakfast buffet was superb, and we ate a lot! :) We also had lunch at Spice, and the food was surprisingly good and affordable. The place is connected to adjacent hotels such as Marriott and Widus. The hotel has an infinity pool with a relaxing view of the mountain and golf resorts (Sun Valley and Mimosa)

It would have been perfect for the ice cream to be included in the breakfast buffet. My wife was disappointed to learn it was in the venue, but it will be charged separately. The Atrium and Oma employees were kind enough to add a candle and a birthday greeting for the dessert (because it's my birthday), but unfortunately, they don't have a lighter :(

The aircon in our first room was not working properly. Had to call several times for follow up for maintenance to check. After checking, we were told that the FD will contact us but waited for an hour and no one called. Had to go to the FD for room change. Then back up to the room. Also, in the new room, quite a lot of construction noises. Granted that the other floors were still being completed, but it is not such a pleasant experience.

Very clean, very spacious, vast variety of wonderful foods to eat. Fantastic reliable room service and table service. Pro-active staff who anticipate the guests needs particularly at pool side and the elevator service. Amazing swimming pool and seats and alcoves around the pool. Staff are helpful , polite , friendly and approachable , beautiful room and view with all the mod -Cons , spectacular design of the lobby , ambiance is wonderful , best hotel we had ever stayed in . Definitely we’ll come back again and recommend this five star hotel .

The variety of cuisine for the breakfast included was overrated. i love the continental the most. i'm impressed! The rooms and facilities satisfies the european needs. very homey good for staycation. Highly recommended!

Just a minor one. Me, being ocd maybe, the water marks on the silver taps and showers including the glass wall, should have been better if they are sparklingly clean. easy to resolve but overall good!

brilliant hotel to stay, very convenient to travel is near to my family place in mabalacat. most of all staff is friendly, helpful, polite. I like employees uniform that they wear in the restaurant, looks good on them.

not very quick on responding, taking our luggage when I call. maybe should inform the room if to busy or lift is busy. otherwise no big deal, I am sure can’t be help when hotel is busy.

One of the best hotels in Clark. Wonderful buffet breakfasts and the pool area is divine.

Part of the Hahn Casino complex and the downstairs area has a signature scent which is truly gag inducing.
