24h reception; close to Metro line 4 and restaurants/boulangeries; Room was small but clean and perfectly suitable; nicely decorated. Staff was helpful and gave us a map as well. Quiet neighbours (by a cemetery :D) but area felt very safe even though we were back past 11pm every night

Lovely room, perfect for one night and in a great location, close to Orly Airport. Staff were really helpful and the room was cleaned to a good standard.

The hotel was clean, had good location and had most of things you might need, like food machines, buffet breakfast (paid), parking and coffee machine. Great spot for transportation: Tramway, bus and bikes. Transportation to the CDG airport is 1 hour for less than 5 euros in bus.

The pillows were uncomfortable but there was the possibility of asking for more pillows.

Modern and clean hotel, nice staff.

We chose a tandem room, without WC and shower so we had to use the shared WC and showers. Sometimes, the WC were dirty... but it's entirely the other clients' fault, since the staff really clean everything many times a day. Metro station was not very close. Tip: if you have an unlimited transport ticket, take the tramway and then the metro.

Bathroom was really small. I’m 1.87m and they should not have added the toilet next to the shower and sink. Or make a toilet in the other room. Instead of the second door to go out. Thats a big space for improvement. They could easily make the bathroom twice as big if they remove door to go outside. Breakfast is also rather easy add some eggs with bacon and it improved allot

Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. 30 mins train from airport. 200 metres from the metro lines and tram.. plenty of casual dining and mini marts nearby. Bargain Paris. If you are coming for the Olympics, its right next door to the Judo, TaeKwondo arena... no chance of getting mugged here! lols

Great value for money! Overall, our stay was very nice, the staff checked us in smoothly, the bed was comfy and it was warm inside the room. The location is great with a metro station connected to the city centre 10 mins away, a huge shopping centre 5 mins away, with some cafes and artisan boulangerie in the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself felt quite safe which was important to us when returning home at night after a day in the city. We would definitely come back

Would be great to have our floors cleaned during the daily room service, since there is no proper table in the room, so we had crumbs all over after breakfast having pastries and baguettes, gets dirty pretty fast in such a small space. Also would be nice to have more storage space, like small shelves here and there in the room and bathroom, and there is space for that. We had to store our stuff on the floor

If you're travelling to Paris on a budget and plan to spend most of the time outdoors, then you'll be happy with this hotel. We stayed in a room with a double bed, without a private bathroom. The room was spacious enough, clean and quiet (while the street outside is busy, the window blocked the noise from it completely when closed). As for the shared bathroom, there are enough showers and toilets to use them comfortably so don't worry about having a crowd there; they are also kept very clean. There was also a tap in our room so we didn't have to leave the room e.g. to brush our teeth. We didn't buy the breakfast because we wanted to try local products from the supermarkets but we we bought coffee from the coffee machine near the reception, and we used free hot water from the same machine to make drip coffee/tea in our room. The whole hotel looks like it was intended for large-scale service and is well prepared for that, in my opinion, and staying there is a good value for money. Regarding the connection with central Paris, the subway station Porte d'Orléans is close and you can use line 4 to get to key places like Notre Dame cathedral or Louvre.

We would appreciate a few more amenities in the room, e.g. the double room had a table with only one chair, we think there should be two chairs. Some shelves would also improve the experience - there were only hangers, so we could hang our coats but we had to keep all the clothes in our backpacks. And finally, some glasses or paper cups in the rooms would be nice. I guess that probably economies of scale matter here; the glasses that seem a small thing to us would probably generate a larger costs when constantly broken by the guests ;) But we hope that some of the improvements listed here are worth considering for the hotel owners.

Staff was friendly, location is good, close to many options of public transport, breakfast was better than expected from the pictures, room had nice natural light, you can borrow a hair dryer at the reception and there are vending machines and microwave on the reception area.

Bed was not very comfortable, bathroom was very very small, there wasn't much space to accommodate the luggage in one of the bedrooms. Lack of fridge was an issue for me, as I have a special diet and no option besides fruit for breakfast, I asked by message before arrival if I could have a small space in their fridge to store things I could eat in the morning (I can't have gluten, lactose, eggs and need a lowcarb diet as well), but it wasn't possible.
