Innside By Melia Palma Bosque is located in a quiet area of Palma, about 20 minutes’ walk from Es Baluard Museu d'Art Contemporani de Palma, 25 minutes’ walk from Llotja de Palma and 30 minutes’ walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria of Palma. Of course you can use a taxi - the taxi station is suitably situated at the end of the street. In addition, the bus stop is near the hotel. There is a 24 hour front desk assistance. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Carmen who is very kind and supportive :) In my opinion, the rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, clean and equipped with everything you need (hair dryer, bath towels, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels). The furniture is modern, functional and comfortable. It is very nice that the minibar is free and offers beer and soft drinks, coffee, tea. The rooms with a view to the pool have a private terrace. There are two sufficiently large swimming pools - indoor and outdoor. The breakfast is rich and varied, suitable for all tastes. I would recommend and stay again at Innside By Melia Palma Bosque.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Only two remarks: Wi Fi connection is not stable and the hotel hosts corporate or other events and because of that sometimes there are noisy groups of people.

The reception with Lady Stephanie is very welcoming and nice...Pool & Wellness are fantastic, but why close so early? 18.00 hrs is so early, when you come home from the city, a dip in the pool & sauna are so wonderful, can you please change to 19.00.

Coffee at breakfast..not even small cups for espresso coffee, and the quality is like water...only big cups, like we are in USA and not in Spain...when you ask for a coffee from a real coffee machine ( it took some time to order this coffee) I had to pay extra money for this espresso coffee in the right size of cup...

The room was big - I went with friends but opted for my own double room. Big walk in shower and great view from 9th floor. Hotel pool bar and pool was lovely. Could have done with some chill out music around the pool for a better ambience/atmosphere. The pool was shaded in June by about 3/4pm so we went up to the terrace where it was sunny for a good few hours longer. The bar in the hotel was cool. The hotel in general is very well kept and felt luxurious as it's not exactly 'cheap'. Fridge had free drinks in (water, OJ,) and free tea/coffee. Not sure if it's adults only, but it felt like it so no children running around and screaming - I went on holiday to get away from that :) Big fitness centre, sauna etc - although I didn't use them, they looked great. Some of the rooms open right onto the pool area.

When I arrived, the receptionist advised there was beer in the fridge (x2) that was restocked daily. I arrived at 11pm and was heading straight out to meet friends - sadly no beer in the fridge which would've been lovely as I was getting ready. I informed reception on the way out and they told me they'd restock. They didn't. Then the following day, the same, fruit juice re-stocked but beers were not. My friends didn't have this problem in their rooms which was odd.

The staff were very friendly, and we loved lounging at the pool during the day and making use of the pool bar for lunch and cocktails. The room was also very clean on arrival with the bed being made, towels replaced and mini bar replenished every day. We also tried out the hotel bar one night and the drinks were very good and bought the breakfast on arrival for our entire weeks stay which we really enjoyed too. I believe the hotel also has a policy against reserving sunbeds which is good as I noticed people trying to leave towels on beds and then disappearing for multiple hours, during this time a member of staff would then remove the towels to allow others to use them.

Hotel on the whole is beautiful, if I was to stay again I’d opt for a room upgrade as the ‘Innside room’ was a little tired. However, good size and clean. Highlights for us were the pool and bar areas. The staff who covered the outdoor bar/ pool couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly. Location is good, 20 min walk to the sea front and cathedral area. 40 min walk right into the centre, we didn’t mind this at all. Overall would stay again.

Sometimes felt as though the reception staff were looking down their nose at you and didn’t even bother to reply sometimes when we said hello/ bye when nipping in and out. 2/3 days we stayed there were at least 2 security at the entrance and 2 police officers outside, who had large guns. Although this may make people feel safer, we would have preferred to know why this was as it made us feel uneasy why there was so much security. As earlier mentioned rooms were a little tired and we did have several stains on a sheet that was on our bed, we didn’t want to make a fuss of this and instead just removed it from the bed.

Lovely facilities. We had two rooms, one with a balcony over looking the pool and an inside room without. Would definitely recommend the room with the balcony. Although the hotel is not right in the centre its really handy for the bus (no. 4) and the benefit of just been outside the centre is lots of good value places to eat near the hotel. If going to the airport its about 25 Euros and the bus is 5 per person.

Pools and Sauna closed at 6pm! Silly given this is the time you are often getting back to the hotel. As a result we didn't even get chance to use them. Would have been able to rate the hotel higher otherwise. Come on Melia, needs to be at least 8pm.

Modern hotel with good spa. Not far from the old city. Good breakfast. Friendly restaurant.

We got stuck in an elevator in the far corner of the hotel. It turned out to be a staff elevator, and there were no signs indicating this. My wife, child, and I were trapped for 5 minutes. None of the buttons worked, including the emergency alarm. It was a small, cramped elevator with little air, and there was no phone signal. The experience was absolutely terrifying. We had to pry the doors open manually. As a gesture of moral compensation, we were given free breakfasts.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved their kindness and care. The pool area was lovely and when very busy the staff helped us find a place to relax in the sun or shade, moving beds for us. The breakfast was delicious with a great range of choices, I preferred the fresh fruit salads, and bread with Spanish cheeses, hams and a really delicious regional almond cake. The location is an easy bus ride to the old town, or a short walk if it isn't too hot. The balcony and view of the city was a great plus.

This is such a small comment, because the hotel is gorgeous but I'm a tea drinker so a kettle in the room is handy, instead of the coffee machine, but I got over it! I just drank coffee or ordered tea at the bar, where they were sweet enough to make it for me.

Room was reasonably sized and clean. The minibar is limited to two cans of water and two cartons of juice but is free making it reasonable. Breakfast is nice.

I had ordered packages to arrive during my stay and unfortunately two of them arrived after I left. I was aware that this was going to happen so I left a phone number and contact in Mallorca to pick them up after a conversation with hotel staff on the best way to proceed, my contact was never contacted and when he went to pick them up after I had confirmation they had been signed for and delivered, the hotel couldn't locate them, they ended up being a surprise gift for hotel staff since shipping them out was very expensive.

Lovely decor and vibe in the hotel. The rooms were clean and cool. Check in and check out we're pretty straightforward. You can rent e-bikes from the hotel. Drinks aren't too expensive. Pool and loungers are clean and relaxing. Gym, sauna and steam room are free for guests to use. Yoga practise at 9am by the poolside.

We found the hotel a little confusing as there isn't much information around the hotel or in the rooms - We got lost quite a few times around the hotel as staircases and floors are not signposted. No signs saying which way to the pool/gym/reception for example and we only discovered the yoga session because we stumbled upon it. Breakfast is pretty limited for vegans - there was soya milk. However no no -dairy spreads/cheese/yoghurts/pastries/veggie sausages etc are available.
