The tranquil location and beautiful grounds really are most peaceful and relaxing. Staff are most gracious and helpful . Pool lovely with gentle breeze to keep you cool . Gym adequately equiped . Good selection at breakfast and restaurant good with lovely wines .

Nothing really . Could offer transport to town ? But just a suggestion

The grounds that the property are located on are absolutely stunning. From the moment you arrive to the wonderful driveway lined with stunning trees, you really get that ‘wow this is Tuscany’ feel. The pool and grounds are immaculately maintained and we absolutely loved the modern artistic twists. The breakfast / dining room is truly one of the nicest places to sit and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine in the whole of Italy. The staff were all absolutely fabulous but we must say that Maria & Daniel are truly a 5* part of your service. Both absolutely gorgeous, lovely and kind people who genuinely could not have done enough to make sure we were happy and pampered.

The room service menu is extremely, extremely limited and, whilst we can’t speak for other guests, it would’ve been nice to have a few more slightly simplistic and basic options - such as a sandwich and some lighter bites.

Excellent service overall, quality selection at breakfast and all staff was very thoughtful. Nice welcoming gifts, including a bottle of their own-making Rosé wine, fruits and chocolate snacks. Particularly happy to receive an email instructing me to come from Porta Romana instead of following the GPS, which would have led me to extremely narrow and pretty dangerous country roads.

Just a tiny suggestion to make it ever perfect: since any groceries are only accessible by car or taxi, mainly taxi because parking in Florence is basically the cost of a hotel room for the car, providing daily bottle of complimentary water in the room would be a more appropriate fit to the level of the hotel.

Very beautiful place with wonderful view to the city.We were liking our staying in this hotel. Own parking place,not need to take car to the city.Taxi costs around 15€. Rooms are perfect,each day cleaning.All bath cosmetic is Etro. Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and wines!Bravo Staff is very kind,all questions were answered. Gym and Swimmingpool. Especially we were liking if it’s many artists object in this Villa,very nice interior inside of buildings. Can stay with animals +++++++++ Very silent,we were liking it completely. We with pleasure will recommend this place to other booking members…

Breakfast can be better,fresh fruits were missing.It’s not Winter now,can be fresh seasonal fruits there. also selection of Tee can be better….

We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel, but the only thing that wasn’t nice is the receptionist. We asked the guy to order a taxi for us cuz we had som other plans in the city but the taxi came too late. We didn’t like how the guy in reception reacted. He wasn’t forward or interested in helping us. Unfortunately we didn’t catch our bus and we missed the whole trip to Pisa. We were expecting more commitments, professionalism and we expected that he would care about us and take our requests into consideration. Otherwise it was all good.

We were greeted by the manager, a super-friendly lady. The location of this place is magical, with breathtaking views of the city and the beautiful nature of Tuscany, creating an amazing atmosphere. The villa features stunning guest rooms and beautifully decorated living rooms with intricately painted ceilings. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience a unique and special time away from the typical hotel routine.

the only thing I didn't like was the fact that we had to leave this wonderful place ..

Location was lovely with great views over Florence and a nice poolside bar for lunch. It was an easy walk downhill of approx 20-25 mins to the Porta Romana and then on into Florence. For the return in the afternoons we took taxis from the rank at Porta Romana which cost €7. We had dinners in the restaurant and the food and service in the evenings was excellent.

Breakfast food was good but the service was disappointing, on average for every morning of our stay it took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee! In the room there were 2 free bottles of water and 1 complimentary chocolate- this seemed odd for a double room - were we supposed to share the chocolate? The bottles of water were not replenished after the first night. There were no washcloths in the bathroom and the shower water leaked out from under the bath. The pool was not heated and was very cold.

Gorgeous property! Our room was beautiful and large. We loved the pool and most of the staff was amazing.

We had trouble the first night finding a taxi after dinner and ended up walking 45min (I think) back to the villa. One of the desk workers was not kind to us- he didn’t cancel our dinner reservation, lost our key, and got mad when we asked about a taxi. The rest of the staff was exceptional however.

The location of the hotel is lovely. Our family enjoyed hanging out at the pool in the afternoons after a day filled with site-seeing. The sunsets from the pool were beautiful. We also enjoyed being able to order drinks by the pool. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We used taxis to get into the city and did not wait more than 10 minutes for one to arrive at the hotel after called.

We went to dinner at the restaurant our first night at the hotel and the service/meal took forever. It seemed like the head waitress disappeared halfway through the service and no one else knew what to do without her. There was also a waiter that kept bringing us bottles of sparkling water without asking first...we ended up buying 5 bottles because we were there so long and he just kept bringing them and pouring them before we had even finished the last bottle. Breakfast spread was nice. You have to order coffee beverages and often had to wait awhile for them.

very close to Florence city center yet felt like the Tuscan countryside and quiet and relaxing. Beautiful pool and restaurant. Fantastic fitness room and treadmills. Most of the staff was very helpful and helped us move to a courtyard porch room which was the reason we wanted to book but the room wasn’t available when we checked in. But they were all so accommodating to help us with this. There are many areas to sit at the property and enjoy the views and the facilities. Very good breakfast!

There are some more run down areas that didn’t really bother me but I wouldn’t say full 5 star hotel. It’s an old manor that was converted to a Villa. this leads to the charm. Some of the newer modern areas could use some repair. Restaurant food was actually very good but not busy and there was no music the night we ate there making a very odd environment. The next day there was music btw. But beautiful restaurant and views
