Beautiful property within walking distance to food, buses, and sightseeing. The place is gorgeous. We were concerned about parking, but you can park onsite. The hotel has a romantic feel, and the staff is amazing - so kind and accommodating. It feels like you’re staying in an old home, but with complete privacy. The rooms are quiet and the whole place feels welcoming. Across the street is a beautiful park that was an unexpected highlight on our trip (we went to Venice, Rome, Spain, Morocco, and Portugal). One of the pics is a little statue I took at the park across the street. I loved this hotel. ❤️

If you want an authentic Italian hotel then this is it!! It's also in a lovely quiet location almost next to the Boboli Gardens (which are beautiful 😍) and a short 10-15 minute walk into main town square. Andrea, the manager and all staff were fantastic and very helpful. There was a problem with our reservation but Andrea found us alternative accommodation at no cost to us! Amazing time had 😁

Booking.com's lack of response to us or hotel over the miscommunication of our booking could of ruined our holiday, but because of Andrea and the Hotel Classic, we had the best time. Will go direct in future. Also, taxi's outside airport have a fixed 32 euro fare to any hotel, not £94 as booking.com offer .

Hotel is in a beautiful old building and is very well kept and decorated, it looks like a beautiful renaissance manor inside and out. Our room was up in the eaves but spacious and well laid out and there's a lift so no issues. the hotel is extremely well located for the Boboli gardens and a short walk from the Pitti palace, excellent location for exploring Florence. Very good parking and lovely staff who were happy to help with directions and letting us leave our car safe for longer on checkout day which we went to the gardens. Breakfast was served in a lovely conservatory open to the garden vines at the sides.

Most outstanding were the staff who were all wonderfully helpful and friendly. But the house, it's garden and ambience were all beautiful and most pleasant. Breakfast was good too.

The only things were : - the absence of a restaurant for dinner - the easy chair in the room looked good but was not comfortable, - there was no table in the room to work on a laptop. These were all minor though - minor inconveniences.

The room was spacious, decorated in classic style - nice and authentic for an old Flornece villa. Breakfast was standard for this price range, but the terrace for the breakfast was above expectation! The location is really close to the Porta Romana and it is 15min walk from the Ponte Vecchio.

Nothing special. To some degree mosquitoes were irritating when we open windows in evening, but that's expected as the building is surrounded by vegetation. Closing the windows and turning air-conditioning fixed the issue.

It is a beautiful hotel with a Tuscan atmosphere. The hotel is 1 km from the Uffizi Gallery and close to the Boboli Gardens. The staff at the reception is very friendly and can advise you on where to eat and what to see. We stayed for one night. Parking was right at the hotel and we were able to leave the car parked after checking out. The breakfast was simple but sufficient.

The location was quiet and peaceful within short walking distance to some restaurants, a store, a farmacy, taxi area and the beautiful Boboli Gardens. The hotel rooms and comon areas were nicely decorated with a traditional style. A simple yet tasty breakfast was available in the garden, which made for a pleasant start of each day. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they helped with all our requests always with a smile.

There were mosquitoes in the bedroom which sometimes made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The bites and itching made our stay a little less pleasant. Perhaps installing pest control measures can help to keep the rooms clear of mosquitoes.

Very nice location, near the park. Also it takes you 20 mins by foot to get to the city center to the main sightseenings. Very nice option with a car: free parking space. So we parked a car the day of arrival and went to the park and to the city center, so saved money for a parking. Also we stayed in the 3-bed room, and were surprised that this was 2 floor room, that was really perfect for us, as the volumetric space incide the room was huge. Perfect place to stay.

We had an enjoyable stay at Classic Hotel. It is a lovely old converted house into a boutique hotel with old world charm. The location is great, very close to the Porta Romana and the entrance/exit of the Boboli Gardens and the Pitti Palace. It is in a lovely neighbourhood with easy access to the old town. The sunroom and backyard patios were lovely to sit and enjoy. Bernadetta was a friendly and helpful receptionist. Onsite parking was also a plus. Breakfast was ok.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly situated in a prime location - close to the city center yet surrounded by nature, amidst the trees. It's a classic hotel where you can truly feel the spirit of the old town. The interior is elegant and exceptionally beautiful. Having breakfast in the courtyard while enjoying the freshness of nature was a delightful experience. The staff was outstanding - very friendly, accommodating, and courteous. Grazie alla padrona di casa, abbiamo trascorso un tempo meraviglioso :)
