The hotel is fantastic!! Everything is done here in order the guests to feeling the most welcomed. Whoever came up with the idea of evening routine of making the bed and prepare the sleepers, is genius. This simple routine made me feel like a little kid while mom is taking care of me. Every single corner is super clean, there are lot of places where you can spend time alone or with your family. The hotel has a huge area, inside and outside pools and saunas. The gym is way better than in most hotels I have visited. A lot of great places to have dinner in 5 min walking distance. Recommended: The Farm house for food, the Irish pub for drinks. Thanks a lot for the stay!

Breakfast might be a subject for improvement. It was good but not excellent.

This was one of the most amazing hotels we've been to. It is big and spacious and even though we were there in August and it was probably fully booked it never felt too crowded or noisy. The staff were all top-notch - maids, cooks, barmen, pool staff, performers, receptionists, bellboys - they all took care of every issue or question we had with big smiles and genuine enthuesaim. We came with a 2.5 year old child so requested a quiet back facing room that was indeed very quiet even during the night entertainment. The room was very clean and constantly kept clean - maids cleaned it 2-3 times a day! The room was well equipt and the beds were very big and comfy. We liked the diversen selection of superb a la cart dinner restaurants and also found some good restaurants a few minutes walk from the hotel. We also loved the pool layout. If you come in August the water is warm (over 30 celsius). There was a beautiful paved path you can walk near the ocean, very romantic at night. The Spa had extraordinary unique massages / treatments - thumbs up to Violeta for a very relaxing massage.

The hotel's beach had great cabanas and romantic spots, however walking into the water was a bit tough with all the stones and plants. Bring water shoes. It may be a big investment for the hotel, but removing the stones and replacing that with sand would turn it into a dream beach. It's great for swimming though.

that you charge 15$ for a coffee machine in the room.. a 5 star hotel should have it for free like every other hotel i stay in.

Not sufficient parking (i was instructed to Park outside the hotel), No espresso in-room, no temperature control, no shaving amenities, food very average, spa facilities very aged.....all of these expected in a 5* Hotel with such history like Elysium.

We recently had the pleasure of returning to Elysium, and once again, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff who amazingly remembered us from our previous visit, which made us feel instantly at home. A special mention goes to Andreas, the meal supervisor, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. He made particular efforts for our son, who has a severe dairy allergy, arranging for specially prepared meals to ensure his safety and comfort. This level of care and attention truly touched us. Additionally, the hotel staff surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake for our other son, celebrating his birthday. It was such a thoughtful touch, and the surprise cake waiting for us in our room was a delightful memory we’ll cherish. The hotel also accommodated our request to have our rooms together and even arranged for them to be joined, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. All in all, the staff's friendliness, attention to detail, and personal touches made this stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return again!

There is no scuba diving on site despite advertising the contrary on your platform and hotel plaques on site. Having spoken to the head of the diving school, they moved away from the hotel as not enough business a while ago. This should be clearly indicated at the time of the booking as it is misleading. Need to upgrade some of the fitness equipment and make the gym a little bit bigger for a 5 star hotel.

The staff is excellent. Friendly and welcoming. The room size is good. A selection of a la carte restaurants, including a hotel restaurant where you can have a rich buffet-style dinner. Very good breakfast. The hotel offers "night services" every day in the afternoon with a change of towels if necessary and distribution of bottles of water

There is not much space to put things in the bathroom. Water flow in the toilet was not good (at least in our room). Confusing lower parking on the first day - lack of signage on how to get into the hotel from the parking lot

The hotel and staying at it was great! The room was serviced twice a day. Breakfast was excellent (except for coffee which could be much better) and the staff at the breakfast restaurant was amicable and helpful. We enjoyed lunches at the Mediterranean restaurant. The food was delicious, the portions were rather big and the staff was fabulous. The Bacco restaurant is fine dining with exceptional interior, atmosphere and superb food. Yes, it is expensive. The live music at Cafe Occidental is a very nice way to finish the evening. But what we liked most was the "grass beach". You can stay by the pool where it is hot and crowded or you can relax outside of it, on a well-kept lawn under big and shade trees. The sunbeds are far away from each other and you can enjoy privacy. The hotel is really worth staying at!!!

Swimming in the sea was not the best experience as often the sea was full of trash and you had to swim among plastic bags and other items. The hotel should pay more attention to this problem. While having a shower, the water was either cold or very hot. It was not running smoothly. The air-conditioner was noisy.
