Spacious and clean room. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Great food variety in the buffet breakfast. 15 minutes walk to Kidzania. 15 minutes taxi ride to Tropicana Gardens Mall (to visit Just Farm) 20 minutes taxi ride to 99 Wonderland Park 40 minutes taxi ride to Petrosains Discovery Centre

I like the hotel. It's just that currently the link bridge to the mall (The Curve) next to the hotel is closed. Hence you have to exit the hotel and walk to the mall using the street's sidewalk. It would have been great if the link bridge is open for the public again.

They really did well with the staff training, They are courteous and very helpful. The facility overall is in good condition except for some very small maintanence concern i.e. wall, plasters etc. Due to the closure of E-Curve shopping mall, the connecting walkway indoor is closed and the outdoor covered walkway is available. But if it rains heavily, chances of you getting drenched is quite high as I've experienced. Other than that, if you need quiet but accessible place to stay, this facility would be perfect.

All has been mention above. Nothing much, only small, minute improvement here and there. Taking in consideration of post covid's impact on the industry.

Front desk staffs are kind and helpful . Security, housekeeping and breakfast staffs are also kind and helpful too . The lobby and walkway to the lobby lift look nice . 😍 The room is spacious, clean and comfy . Room also has a nice royal colour and concept . The room amenities and toiletries are enough . For breakfast, there is a variety of nice foods . 👍 Swimming pool is great too . There is also a walking distance mall nearby the hotel . Overall, it have been an amazing stay here @ RCD . Will be back again next time . 💙

The staff were friendly,, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with the Nasi Lemak being a particular highlight for me. Additionally, I appreciated the prompt and efficient service whenever I had a request. The team's dedication to ensuring a comfortable and satisfying stay was evident in their swift response to attend to my needs directly in my room. I highly recommend Royale Chulan to anyone looking for a staycation that combines excellent service, delightful culinary experiences, and an overall feeling of being well taken care of.

For future improvements, I believe an expansion of the swimming pool area could significantly enhance the overall guest experience at Royale Chulan. A larger pool would not only provide more space for relaxation and leisure but also cater to the needs of more guests simultaneously. It would add to the resort's luxurious ambiance and make the stay even more enjoyable.

I love that the hotel has easy access to the MRT station and walking distance to the malls. The room is spacious, and it is very convenient for us to perform prayer. I love that the local television channels, especially the tv alhijrah channel, are available at the hotel. Alhamdulillah, everything was a very good experience for us. The food provided for breakfast was delicious. Not to forget, the cleanliness is good too. Thank you to all the staff involved. From the receptionist, the guards, the waiters and waitresses, housekeeping crews, everyone, for making everything at ease. Biiznillah. May God bless you all always. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻

Yes the hotel is dated and everything is weathered. But it is kept very clean and there are no bad smells. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was tidy, well supplied and of a great size with toilet and shower separated. The location is great. Not a long drive to the nearest highway. Covered walkway directly from the hotel to MRT station (one stop from 1 Utama shopping mall). Short walk to Ikea, The Curve and IPC. The pool was clean and there's a wading pool next to it. The toilets and shower by the pool were clean, dry and well supplied (toilet rolls, soap, facial tissues). The parking area and hotel surroundings also well maintained.

My only issue would be that the shower door was not tight so the water got out and the bathroom mat and towel basket got completely wet. Also it'd be great if the pool could be opened for longer in the evening.

Room was spacious and clean. I like the breakfast buffet and the coffee. Location wise its very near shopping centres, unfortunately, I am unable to enjoy them due to work commitments. I personally like the small Chulan cafe at the kerbside, Its very relaxing and the price of food is affordable and delicious as well. Good enough after a hard day's work!

Room is bit dated but spotless clean and very spacious & comfortable. Excellent location, steps away from MRT train station and walking distance to shopping and food. Good size swimming pool with road and housing view but has a good sunset view. Left my iPhone charger after check out but they hotel kept it for me - bonus point for the honest staff!

The room given has no view and blocked by the big wall of the other building. The air condition was not that strong even after the maintenance staff fixed it. However, the staff were very polite and apologize for the inconvenience caused. The safe box was not working due to the safe box system was down but it is acceptable

room was good in size with all amenities one need during stay. Breakfast I didnt do as I booked with Breakfast but property said it is booked without breakfast. Location was very good very near to metro easy to travel, Near to shopping malls and Lotus Super Market, everything was perfect in Location

they used to clean my roon everyday but they didnt clean floor so floor was dirty as I stayed for 5 nights.
