Great base for getting around, with train station across the road and airport 5 minutes away. Hotel room was quiet, didn't hear other guests, apart from the over excited football fans outside.

I couldn't fault the hotel stay at all, apart from check out. Someone else had been charging their breakfasts and room service to our room so it took a long time to sort this out. If it hadn't been a troublesome check-out, our hotel stay would have been 10 out of 10!

We used this hotel as a temporary stop for a night on our way to the mountains. The hotel was good, room is spacious and the bed is huge and comfortable. There are everything you need for a night. Breakfast was exceptional. We can charge our car right next to the hotel entrance. Staff was helpful and nice.

The floor in the bathroom was quite cold, but there is and IR lamp, I used to warm up the bathroom.

We liked this hotel a lot and do recommend. Hotel staff was friendly and the service was excellent. Breakfast was superb and of excellent quality. Spacious and clean rooms. EV Charging in front of the hotel entrance: perfect stop over for our trip to Austria.

We booked the suite/apartment adjacent to a noisy and busy road. We prefer to have the windows open during night time. Couldn't leave them open due to the constant noise of traffic.

- Breakfast is absolutely first class. Wonderful selection of fruits and other items, good coffee, eggs/omelettes to order, and hard working staff available to help. - Hotel staff was truly outstanding. They were professional, very helpful, and made me feel like a valued guest. - Room had a nice bed and modern bathroom with great shower - Parking garage was spacious, clean, and provides direct access to hotel elevator. If you snag a spot in front of the hotel you don't have to pay for parking, but the parking charge was reasonable. - Dinner in the attached microbrewery was good with efficient and friendly service.

WiFi was bad. In the common areas the connection is good, but the download speed is just ok. in the room the wifi was totally unreliable. This made working from my room impossible. If not for the poor WiFi, I would rate this hotel a "10" because everything else was outstanding.

Clean room with view, proximity to subway station ("S-Bahn") and walking distance to Paulaner restaurant (my favorite restaurant in the area). Shuttle bus to Outlet City in Metzingen (did not take advantage of it, but definitely a good option to have).

Only thing I did not like was the 15 Euros for underground parking (was not mentioned when checking in and was caught by surprise when checking out).

Super location 1 stop from the airport and easy access direct to the city. Hotel furnishings lovely and breakfast amazing and reasonably priced. Accommodated an early check-in which was really useful I our circumstances. Room was very comfortable and spacious too with a small kitchen area which was a bonus.

High quality, quiet business hotel. Enough outlets in my room to charge my phone, fitbit, computer and anything else electronic that I had along, at the same time. Locations is great -- the S-Bahn station is right in front of the hotel; the Stuttgart airport is one stop away. Hotel is located in the middle of Leinfelden-Echterdingen. So restaurants, pubs, shopping, grocery stores, are all within a quick walk. Did not eat breakfast there -- but hotel staff provided (put out) a coffee/tea/hot chocolate/cappuccino machine every morning. The hotel also had a selection of newspapers available every morning.

Strange location of inside window between bathroom and bedroom - using the bathroom at night will wake up partner when using the light. Cups for tea without handles?!

The location of the hotel directly outside the station was superb. Reception staff were exceptionally helpful when required.

Bar opening times are very poor for a 4 star hotel, 5pm - 11pm, especially during a major sporting event with a lot of supporters staying in the hotel.

Excellent location for visits to the Messe, directly opposite the train station, but still quiet regarding noise from the street. Supermarkets and other restaurants are within walking distance. Nice lounge and wellness area. (Mostly) Clean.

The noise isolation within the hotel isn't great, one could hear doors shutting and people walking, I was woken up by that in the morning. Room service should knock before they enter. Bed wasn't super comfortable but ok.
