The location and price were right on point. Understanding we were staying in a Quality Inn and not an Omni I felt the rooms were clean, and common areas were clean, the front desk staff was friendly and kind. It was a great place to rest our heads at the end of the day. The breakfast was lacking but I was not expecting a full meal, coffee was hot which is sometimes all a tired mom needs.

Very nice room, quiet, and very pet accomodating. Refrigerator and microwave were great!

We were give a second story room with no elevator. The stairs were open. My little miniature schnauzer was afraid to use them at first. Would definity prefered with a first floor room as we had to go up and down the steps several times.

Even so I got there after 4am, they checked me into a room. Daniel was working and is worried he may get fired, don't fire him for doing his job. You got paid, I had an emergency and came late. I tried calling 3 times and could not get passed the stupid options. It kept circling me around.

I don't like the fact that I may get charged more for coming after 4am. That doesn't make sense and not good customer service. So please don't.

The hotel was very nice, pet friendly, and the staff was very accommodating. It's right off the interstate, and close to Sunset Crater, Walnut Canyon, and other places, including Grand Canyon (east side). There was even a Denny's and Cracker Barrel at each end of the service road it's on!

Location!!! Walmart,Sam’s Club, Restaurants, and close to Dr. Two beds, good tv, pool.

The sink had cracks. The bathroom door frame was ready to fall apart. The entrance hotel door needed new frame with new metal door. A lot of hardware was already done to it!!!

I liked the location of it and how close it was to downtown. the waffles at breakfast were really nice, I liked that we got a breakfast for such a cheap stay.

the toilet was really water inefficient and took a lot of water to flush, it also kept making noise the whole time and was continuously running water into the bowl of the toilet. I also wish there was a recycling in the room/on the property.

Didn't like the fact that the manager goes into the room and turns off the heater, privacy violation! The heating is set to 75 degrees only, and hot water is set as well. Doesn't get hot enough. Cheap! I don't recommend it to anyone else.

I loved that they had a full restaurant on site with very good food. And I loved the large center area with grass right outside our room with bench's, a barbeque area, I felt like I was in a park.

I loved that my room had a microwave and I didn’t expect a refrigerator 🤩. I was able to park right in front of my room too 😉. I had access to everything I needed and want charged an exorbitant amount.

Gentleman at desk, checking me in, remembered in morning when I asked for a taxi during check-out, where I was going from him paying attention to conversation while check-in. Namaste, thank you.
