Room was very nice and comfortable the pool was nice the breakfast was good the kids loved it

The male person at the desk later on after we checked in wasn't very helpful I wanted to have a cup of coffee and I needed some creamer he said they didn't have none the next morning at breakfast the lady pulled out a full box underneath the counter so I believe he really didn't want to check to see if there was any he just said there was none.

We stayed for 5 nights over a 7-night period and we were warmly welcomed by the staff on our return! Everything excellent (except breakfast - see below).

Breakfast had 2 major problems - the scrambled eggs and the toaster! Omelettes were fine but the scrambled eggs were rubbery and not nice. They needed less cooking for a lighter texture. The single 4-bay toaster for all guests was really old and slow which led to occasional queues in the breakfast room. My suggestion would be to replace it with 2 fast, modern toasters so everyone can have toast! I made the same comments after our original 3-night stay so I don't expect this review to be used as it's pretty much identical to my first one. The room fridge was tiny too - I didn't mention that!

Staff was very good and kind. The lady at the front desk is happy to be there and loves her job. This gives a positive feeling when checking in. There is a lot of parking and parking is free. The receptionist will give you a parking tag that you have to put on the dashboard of your car.

The walls are thin, and the doors are loose. We could hear the people in the hallway. Also when the people next door were opening their room, it felt like it was our door that was opening. That's how poor the sound proofing between our room and the hallway was.

The room was very good, with many ports for charging and plugging in. The beds were comfortable and exceeded my expectations. There was good storage and lots of room for bags and stuff. It is very close to UCF and shopping areas. The breakfast was decent, and according to the coffee drinkers, the coffee was a good surprise.

Water splashes outside the shower, causing it to get moldy around the edges. The sink faucet was reversed cold and hot.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic including the lady setting up and cleaning after others. Great selection of waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, instant oatmeal to name a few. Check in and out was easy and fast and again the front desk was pleasant. I do appreciate the many hooks in the bathrooms to hang PJ's, accessory bag or hang towels (one of the 2 bath towels came with a strap which made it easier to hook and prevented the towel from falling to the floor) . Loved the size of the room.

The room and bathroom was clean. However, the inside of the toilet needed a little attention (a little scrubbing needed in between renting the rooms). At least the toilet lid looked cleaned. As mentioned earlier, "one of the 2 bath towels came with a strap which made it easier to hook and prevented the towel from falling to the floor", would be nice if all your bath towels came with hook straps. Maybe something to consider for future changes.

The hotel itself and the room was nicely updated. It felt clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice. The bacon was cooked exactly the way I like it! I also liked that they had a topping bar for yogurt or oatmeal. It was a nice touch.

The downside was the noise coming from across the street, which we could hear in our room. Luckily, we brought ear plugs. There were also tiny ants in the bathroom, which made me uneasy about leaving our toiletries on the counter. That said, it wasn't a deal breaker if we ever needed to stay in the area again.

Super clean. Well taste with decor, modern. No carpet in room,amazing. Great breakfast. Comfortable king bed,nice round table with 2 comfortable chairs. Spectacular windows with beautiful blinds , double roll up and down blinds for darkness at night. Front desk personnel super enthusiastic, respectful and great customer service skills. Great parking space. Location awesome, 7mins from UCF campus.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast didn't offer a lot of variety day to day, but it was hot and fresh. The location was mostly great for my plans.

The shower had come loose at the lower conection to the wall. This was causing stress at the top connection that was causing a leak. No big deal really. I did not tell the staff.

The breakfast was excellent, but they need to get more toasters. Everybody was always waiting to toast their bagels or toast. I mean, one toaster isn't gonna cut it for all those people. That's my only critique. And I have a $75 charge on my credit card. That I don't know why I have and I hope it gets removed now quickly.

Like I said, more toasters for breakfast.

Location was perfect, convenient to our event and close to many restaurants. Great breakfast. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Thank you!
