Overall, very impressed with our "find" of Quality Suites Hotel. The price is reasonable, (or, more reasonable than other choices, lol) yet the quality of facility is very nice; the cleanliness superb, in every corner!, the pool warm ... The breakfast had many choices, including hot eggs, potatoes and sausages; with a staff member attending to refilling and cleaning as needed. The afternoon front desk gentleman dropped everything to RUN to our room, look at and replace a broken lamp in our room. It wasn't an emergency, but Kudos to him for getting it done.

The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast they served was quite good. Even though we paid good money for the hotel, it’s probably still a good deal for staying in Moab during a tourist season.

We didn’t get any room cleaning service for 3 days we stayed in the hotel.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Everything worked, and it was quiet. Breakfast was really good.

The pool wasn't open due to issues. The heated pool was the only reason we booked with that hotel because my daughter had asked to swim every day of our vacation and had not had time. Maybe list that on your online listings. Only 1 washing machine worked. Also, the front desk associate was very short with me and would barely look at me. But when my son had to go back because the key wouldn't work, he was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was microwavable and instant food, fresh fruits, other variety, I was just thankful to get a breakfast to eat. The location was great, very convenient in walking distance to restaurants and shopping areas, loved the fireplace. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was as expected, room was spacious and clean enough. A lot of restaurants, grocery store, brewery are just few steps from the hotel. Hotel is pet friendly, it was the most important reason for us to stay there.

Everything was ok. The mosquito net and window looked old, but it's not a big deal for us.

The staff was very pleasant. The gentleman that was in the breakfast room kept everything stocked and cleaned when he could, the woman that covered let the waffle mix get empty and 3 of the 4 juice selections- so Kudos to the man that covers breakfast

The breakfast room just felt wonky. It's a got a bottleneck to get to where the food is if you use the entry closest to the pool entry The lighting in the bathroom was lacking, unless you used the heat lamp as a light

The breakfast was good but the person working the breakfast made us feel really uncomfortable. They kept staring at us. We weren't sure of their intentions especially having 2 small children and a wife.

We just stayed one night passing through to see arches national park. Check in was quick. Good location, clean room and bathroom. Nice to have the extra space in room with couch area so we could eat dinner in the room. For the kids, the pool was big and I liked the locker room for rinse off and when they needed the bathroom.

Housekeeping opened our door to see if we were gone. It was only 9:30am. They did knock but didn’t hear us say we’re here…

Rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful. Pool was a nice relief on a hot afternoon. The hotel is very close to everything so convenient as well

Fitness center was extremely hot and muggy being in the same room as the pool without a separate hvac system. Made working out virtually impossible
