I really loved the furnishings in the room. Everything was so clean and beautiful. The ocean was right across the street which gave the hotel such a beautiful setting which complimented the ambiance.

The only thing I would of liked would have been more access to ice. An ice machine available to guest would have been great. I had to call room service everytime I needed more ice, lol! Other than that, I love this hotel.

The hotel is stylishly renovated and clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Pool area was well stocked with beds and towels and the water was warm. The position facing the ocean was lovely and a relatively easy walk into the shops, bars and restaurants of Santa Monica.

A huge mix up with the booking and feel we were charged far too much by Booking.com but the hotel couldn’t do anything about the price they said. (They were helpful in other ways but left us feeling overcharged) Not sure we got the ocean suite that we had booked - didn’t look like the pictures online. Unfortunately the weather was not playing fair either and the view to the ocean was almost always shrouded in mist. (Not a reflection on the hotel just a disappointment when we’d booked an ocean view).

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. location was spot on. just across the road and a bridge from the beach. There is a wonderful view from the terrace . Food was lovely but the staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you.

It was quite noisy at night. It’s a small hotel with rooms facing each other. There were parties every night I was there but I could only hear it in the living room. Couldn’t hear it in the bedroom. The bedroom though was facing the road and the windows weren’t sound proof.

An excellent and exceptionally comfortable hotel in Santa Monica. You live next to the park, right by the ocean in a very quiet part of the city, and at the same time close to the pier, restaurants and cafés. The rooms are spacious fresh and very cleanIn. In our opinion, the best hotel in Santa Monica. The staff is very polite and professional. We hope to return here again.

The restaurant is a bit overpriced and was often empty apart from breakfast and lunch. Nevertheless, the food was very good.

The bathroom in the room had no countertop space. The room didn’t have a desk or a vanity. The layout of the room was strange. The room was still nice, but these things would have made it perfect.

All the other staff from the front desk, to the concierge were very courteous and helpful. Over all had a wonderful stay.

Left my phone charger on the outlet by the night stand when we checked out. When I went back to the room to retrieve it. It was nowhere to be found. Good thing it was only a phone charger so did not make a big fuss out of it. But what if it was a valuable item? Scary.

This Santa Monica gem was everything we hoped for on our long weekend girls trip. Our suite was amazing and immaculately clean. The entire staff were so kind and attentive despite the added stress of their job during COVID. Enjoyed the little extras the hotel offered including morning outdoor yoga and bikes. The location was also perfect: quiet and right across from a beach access point. It’s not cheap, but it’s definitely worth every penny! Hope to return again!

The staff at this hotel was outstanding! Everyone on staff that we encountered did all they could to make our stay a wonderful time.
