The Services was good. The 2 ladies that assisted w my registration were nice and friendly. I didnt get their names unfortunately. Comfortable room and Well equipped. I enjoyed the shower amenities and grateful to find a make up remover w the amenities. Thanks!

Just a suggestion, you should change the black out in room 210 is full of holes. It didnt bother me at all but it looks really bad. And someone sensitive could make a huge complaint

The Manager was very polite when I checked in. Free breakfast. King sized bed. Ample free parking.

The common areas (elevator, hallway trash cans) could have been cleaner. Female hair all over the bathroom and towels. Thank you for breakfast but the eggs tasted and felt artificial as did the potatoes. Serve the real thing. The rest of the breakfast was good.

I liked the staff at the check in. They were very nice and cheerful when they were checking us in. Also breakfast was super delicious and fresh! I would definitely book here again.

One thing I didn't like about the facility was the pool. I feel like it looked a little dirty. Another thing I didn't like was that we had to pay 35 dollars to park across the street or pay $50 to have a valet park for us.

Front and cleaning staff always had smiles on their faces and asked if we needed anything, any time they saw us. The pool was super nice half inside, half outside so we could choose which side we’d like that day.

Breakfast could use less bread options, with more fruit offered and other meats besides just sausage.

Nice desk staff, great breakfast, brand new everything. The scent of cannibis tourism wafting out into the hallway from behind closed doors (subtle, but definitely there). Easy on-off location. Reasonable rates, good wifi.

This was the strangest hotel. The hallway door to the room was normal size, but for some strange reason the bathroom door was only 24" wide (seriously, I measured it). That is really narrow. That also made the bathroom super narrow. For some reason the beds were doubles instead of queens - they were short. And to top off the weird dimensions, the bath towels were 24" wide x 50" long. This room would be great if you were short and skinny. I do not know if all of the other rooms were like this or not.

The facilities were clean, I could tell the property really takes their time to make sure everything is working and they take care off their guests and make repairs as needed. The location was great - next to a highway, gas stations, and convenience stores. Bigger stores were no more than 10-15min drive away. 15-30 minute drive to most things in downtown (including traffic and road constructions).

Although they apparently recently renovated the gym, the AC wasn't working, and there were no windows (to get fresh air). Some of the machines were not in fully functioning condition. I wish they had weights and a mat available. On a positive note, they had towels and water available.

When the winter storm hit and Thursday the 22nd of December the temperatures were Sub-Zero it was nice that the hotel offered a complementary hot breakfast to all its guest

I really can't say that there was anything I did not like about my stay what I can say is this I requested the room I stayed in last and was told that it was available but was assigned another room on another floor

Breakfast was really nice but the lady was by herself and couldn’t witness trucker picking up sausage with their fingers. Wasn’t offered dinner. The room were nice and clean, but you can here everything going own around you. I can see it to be helpful with joining room. Kids are key.

Stairs on one end and Eli ate on the other. Recipe for something bad. Detergent smell can be misleading for veteran hotel goers. Work should be done on the outside maintance. I saw working people visit you most but some don’t take pride in where they stay.

Good location, good facilities, amazing pool and jacuzzi

You have to ask for cleaning and sometimes I didn’t get my room clean.

Staff members were all very friendly, courteous and always very helpful . Bathroom area was tight but room was comfortable with sufficient space. Breakfast selections were excellent and tasty.

Improving use of WiFi. Had difficulty everyday connecting and would end up having to have front desk staff make the connection for me. Some staff also had difficulty connecting.
