The staff is very nice. Answered any and all questions I might have had. The room to go eat in or grab your food and go is very clean. I had planned to only stay a couple of nights, but kept reserving it for more nights. I was doing it online for a discount. For the last 3 nights the lady at the front desk did it for me there at the desk and gave me the discount that I was getting online. It's in a great location. You have Walmart, Wendy's and many more places wishing walking distance and the freeway is right here. It's a quiet place. It's older and there is remodeling, and it's not really fancy, but I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

After the guest stayed, I called to make sure the room didn't have any damages and the staff was friendly and helpful

I didn't stay myself, I actually bought the room for someone. The only issue was I called prior to inform the Front desk I was purchasing the room for somebody else, and I wanted to make sure he wasn't gonna have any issues and I'm not staying in the room. However, I got a call from the guest who was staying there that they would not let him check in. I had to explain the situation once again that I would not be there and that I would be paying for the room. After that, it was OK. I just didn't like the fact that I had to explain myself again when the situation should have been smooth without any hiccups.

Quiet, friendly staff especially the cleaning ladies. Room was very good and nice and cool. Shower was hot. The US Military service branch flags, as a veteran, I appreciate support for our military and patriotism.

Not a complaint, just recommendation, that the hotel has older facilities and some damages that could be repaired and updated some.

The staff was very accommodating of a last minute booking. The man at the front who checked me in was LGBTQ+ friendly (particularly the T), which is a huge plus in my book. Despite a little hiccup during booking, he was able to accommodate me.

Breakfast could have been better with more choices.

I like that they did have waffles in the morning that bedroom was very clean it was very quiet and it was right next to shopping and tons of restaurants I will definitely be booking there again

For the price, breakfast could have included bacon, biscuits & gravy!!

The mess at the entry from overnight!! Someone popped a balloon that had funfetti in it, it was being track into the facility!!

Last minute reservation. Quick and easy to check in. Did not have an issue with my dog staying with me. There was a pet fee but was reasonable.

There were holes in the bathroom door like something had been removed, and not yet repaired. Did not diminish the quality of the stay.

The room was clean and comfortable with a well lit parking lot. The staff was very nice and helpful. The wife asked for an additional pillow and was given two. The lobby clerk went out of his way and found online a couple great restaurants for use. This hotel was a great value, would stay again.

No fresh fruit for breakfast.

Not enough lighting in the room and the handle to the bathroom was really hard to open.

The overnight front desk staff was awesome. She made it feel like I was a friend not a guest it dollar signs. All the whole training a new person.

That we were on the only four with construction/remodel. Breakfast was put up early and made me feel like a burrito when I walked in at 10 til 9. I work 2nd swing shift. I sleep til 9 at least usually
