I loved the atmosphere, the simple and efficient yet aesthetically pleasing rooms. My favorite feature is the bottle shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. It’s so easy to access and I have plenty to take care of necessities. I love that I don’t have to carry those things with me because the quality and quantity that I need are going to be readily accessible in the room.

I was frustrated because one night we had to park across the street because one guest was traveling with a moving truck and another had a large trailer while two other guests parked outside of the lines causing additional spaces to be taken up.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Tricia was amazing. We traveled for a funeral and she was extremely attentive to our family. There was a big group of us staying at the hotel. She made sure to check in on us to see if we needed anything. She made it a pleasure to stay.

The pancake machine didn’t work consistently which was disappointing since we looked forward to the signature breakfast included.

The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, having something as simple as a night light in the bathroom is a huge win. Such a simple detail, but it makes a difference with a guest's stay. When we had to call about someone being noisy upstairs (past 1100 hours), staff was super accommodating and took care of the concern.

The property was conveniently located and very clean. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The complimentary breakfast was nice but unappetizing and lacked taste. We could have done without the snell of weed on our floor while exiting the elevator, but that’s just us.

breakfast was fine.. Everything seemed fresh and new. The pancake maker was a hit and lots of fun toppings! There were people cleaning everywhere... the hotel was super clean!

The parking was weird. We had to come in late and there were no spots and then the employees kind of said "well, maybe you could park in the next lot". It felt unsure, like there was not a plan. Also, the email we received to check in talked about wearing masks for COVID as a requirement. It really needs to be updated:)

The decor and ammenities were very nice. Loved the room layout, simple but beautiful and functional. The shower was A++.Loved not having a curtain! Extremely clean and neat everywhere. Loved the soap, shampoo dispensers. I want them for my own home! The Best hotel I've ever been in to date.

The pillows were pretty flemsy. I needed all three that were on the bed.

Bed quite comfortable. Very quiet room. Hygiene products provided were good. Fitness center was small but adequate. Checking in was very quick and staff were welcoming. Location for breakfast very convenient and reasonable number of choices. Loved the new fangled pancake maker. Within walking distance of at least one restaurant open late.

The property was clean, excluded location but near convenient stores, up to date, walk in shower, great lighting, easy for doordash to find, parking space

Ice machine wasn’t working and fridge didn’t get cold enough but once again near convenient stores that you can get ice if needed

The breakfast was excellent and the hostess made everyone feel welcomed. She made sure everyone was going to have a good experience as they start their day.

Maybe a bathtub although the shower was spacious.

The staff was excellent - including front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Walk-in shower was great. Lots of USB outlets for charging. The coffee service in the lobby was a perk (I prefer this to the in-room coffee maker).

The only thing we didn’t like were the bed pillows…too few and really poor quality.
